Biyun Temple

The famous temples, Luohantang and Tibetan pagodas at the foot of Xiangshan are very distinctive. The stopover after Sun Yat-sen's death has also left a strong amount in modern history. It is very characteristic and not expensive. It is worth visiting.

The scenery of Biyun Temple is very good, and there are few people coming during the Spring Festival. Very clean and can be watched slowly. It is too cold, maybe the temple is too cold in winter. The pagoda on the top is closed. Can't see the whole picture, very regrettable?

Biyun Temple is worth a visit on the right side of Xiangshan foot. The scenery is quiet. It is one of Qianlong's favorite gardens. There are temples in the Jin Dynasty. The Ming and Qing Dynasties are constantly built. I like the 500 Luohan Hall and the Water Court. There is also a memorial exhibition and clothes of Mr. Sun Yat-sen in the temple. It is a great cultural and historical attraction worth visiting. Go there twice.

Biyun Temple is located on the north side of Xiangshan Park, Haidian District, Beijing. It was built in Yuanzhishun in the second year (1331), and then expanded by Ming and Qing, covering an area of more than 40,000 square meters. The monastery sits west to east, built on the mountain, scattered, and there are six courtyards on the central axis, including the mountain gate, Maitreya Temple, Sakyamuni Temple, Bodhisattva Temple, Zhongshan Hall, and the King Kong Throne Tower. Luohan Hall is located on the south side of the monastery.
