Visit the insect garden
Nice situated abbey in the centre of the village. Nice gardens. We found the insect garden the most beatiful. Take a look. We were late at the evening and the gardens were free to walk in.
The abbey has a beautiful garden with insect hotel and bird houses. Just a marvelous view on a medieval town you can get when walking up the rue de la bellevue just to the left at the end of the garde...
Architecturally interesting 17th century Abbey which was never fully finished. However much of the interest is from the outside. Inside is less interesting with the upstairs given over to rudimentary ...
A very special place; tours are possible and it is used for summer concerts and music courses. Its history is well documented and many of the original rooms are accessible.

Beautiful place
Visited the Abbey in June 2014, liked, though exhibits and not much, a beautiful little garden with a mill, a river.
