The oldest merchant house in Oita Prefecture
Original Text
As I walked south on Miyuki-dori, which runs north-south through Mameda-cho, Hita City, I found the Kusano Honke. There was an explanation in front of several buildings lined up. We visited here in October 2022, but it is said that it is the oldest merchant house in the prefecture with a history of 300 years, just after the major renovation of about 8 years. Of course, the building is beautiful because it has just been renovated, but it has a history of supporting Mameda Town in Hita.
the kusano family is a famous family in the Edo period.

I was disappointed that the Hirose Museum was undergoing major repairs and was closed, but it was a major repair to the Kusano Honke in Heisei. I needed repairs, but I thought I wouldn't match anything.

First of all, I refuse to be my opinion. I have seen more than 100 buildings in the Juden district nationwide, but this is the worst even though it is under renovation. The reason is ① Admission fee 500 yen. It is different from "the cost of the building under renovation" and "admission fee". It is not a donation. ② Nothing to see. The exhibition is a doll of the Dragon Boat Festival 2 wearing a beautiful costume on the body, and another room is an armor helmet that Hideyoshi's younger brother wore in the conquest of Kyushu. If it is true, it will be an important cultural property. Why ...
