From Amase Onsen to Kameishi toge pass
Original Text
The view of Aso from the pass is good. There was a square and I took a leisurely break for a while. However, there are no vending machines. I climbed from Amase Onsen by bicycle (road bike), but I passed by some motorcycles on the way. It's a good course for motorcycle touring and driving. Since the section with a slope of 10% continues quite a bit on the way, I think it is better to go by cycling only for those who are usually riding (aside from electric assists).
A magnificent view of Aso godake from the pass of 800 m on the northernmost prefectural border road in Oita and Kumamoto

From there, it is an ordinary road of 2 lane, a wide area agricultural road in the plateau and Makino, and there are almost no houses or signs at all. Because there are extremely few houses and cars, there are continuous undulations and curves, so be careful about speeding up and accidents ...
