Good history of the life and times in early New Plymouth

WE spotted the cottage while out for a walk and stopped to spend some time looking at the exhibits, do go in it is very interesting and the exhibits well thought out.

Lovely old house and gardens.

This is a lovely place to visit with large gardens and lawns. The house itself is small but still worth a trip to the country for.

This used to be a family home my father spent many years there. It is a lot smaller now and not how he remembered

Unable to access

Very disappointing to drive out into the country to see, only to find it closed. Venture Taranaki website and booklet and I site said it would be open. Wonderful gardens
