During leisure time, take 2 days to stroll around, visit parks, breathe some fresh air, take a boat ride, visit an amusement park, eat some mushroom hot pot, which feels more meaningful than constantly checking in at scenic spots. As a city with spring-like weather all year round, Kunming has a lesser-known but highly attractive hot spring scenic area worth recommending. No hassle fun‼️||| Visiting the Colorful Yunnan Happy World is all about accompanying the kids for a wild day in the park, enjoying a two-day and one-night comfortable vacation without any hassle! 🎡 Play DAY1 Check into the Ancient Dian Resort Hotel. The afternoon is mom's time to enjoy; she went to the Ancient Dian Hot Spring Resort to soak in the hot springs. Walking up a small hill layer by layer, hidden in the secluded woods are 72 small hot spring pools with different themes, each with its unique plant and flower landscaping. There's also a children's water park, lush and green so there's no worry about sunburn, and the top-level infinity hot spring is absolutely amazing! It was my first time soaking in an infinity hot spring; in the distance are Dian Lake and the Colorful Yunnan Happy World Ferris wheel. If the weather is good, you can see the sunset glow, embracing Dian and bathing in the rosy clouds is just so romantic! Also! During May Day, the Ancient Dian Hot Spring Resort has fun parent-child parties and South American drum performances. DAY2 Accompany the kids to have fun in the Colorful Yunnan Happy World. 🎠 Enter the park at 10 am. My kids are four and five years old, some attractions have height restrictions, but there are still plenty of things for little ones to enjoy! In the morning, we first played the ace attractions, Tiger Leaping Gorge and the Dian Lake Eye Ferris wheel, plus a few smaller ones, and by one o'clock we finished watching the must-see equestrian stunt show 'Ancient Dian Saga'. These attractions are all concentrated in one area, and in the afternoon we took the Colorful Express to the other side; The Colorful Express is a design I find particularly heartwarming. The thing I fear most about taking kids to a theme park is having to walk too much, but the Colorful Express can cross the entire park. The train is set up above the park, shuttling through, allowing you to overlook the entire park and even have a distant view of Dian Lake! No need to walk under the sun at all. In the afternoon, we focused on the Children's Dream World, a park that is very friendly to all heights, with a carousel, self-controlled planes, teacups, frog jumps... The key is that there's also a super large indoor baby playground: ocean balls, slides, climbing frames, video games, and the two kids played until eight o'clock in the evening before leaving, and that alone was worth the price of admission! 🍽️ Eat On the first day, we had a buffet dinner at the hot spring resort, which is the best choice for picky-eating kids. On the second day, the hotel provided breakfast, and for lunch during our park visit, we ate inside the park, the prices are really fair compared to other amusement parks and the portions are generous! The juice is freshly squeezed from pure fruits. 🏨 Stay We stayed in the family suite of the Ancient Dian Resort Hotel, which has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. When going out with two kids, we usually choose a family suite for the large space that's enough for them to frolic. Nearby there are also the Ancient Dian Crown Plaza Hotel and the Mid-Mountain Hot Spring Hotel. ✨ May Day Activities The park has various performances during May Day: Ancient Dian Happy Grand Parade float performances, Global Racing cool stunts, water jetpacks, extreme parkour, and more, and in the evening there are beautiful fireworks shows! My son said he wants to go again during the May Day holiday! Instead of long-distance travel, getting stuck in traffic on the highway, and being crowded in the city, why not soak in the hot springs and stroll around the park~

📍: Ancient Dian Kingdom 🚗: Yunling Phase I (Longshan Waist) 🌄🌄🌄The hidden suspended mountain-sea walkway in Kunming is truly beautiful at sunset.
