The hammam was very bad and the lemon scrub burned my skin. It gave me rashes and bumps on my arm. The worse part of this experience is that they took my Calvin Klein clothing item. I asked for it back multiple times to different women including the manager. The women who did it threw it away without even informing me. This is a complete violation of privacy and it is the responsibility of the person doing the Hamman to take care of the things that belong their client. At the end I wasn’t able to get it back and they had no compassion when discussing what to do next. This is my worst experience I had while doing a hammam. Please make sure to keep all your personal belongings extra safe, and be sure your skin is not sensitive to withhold the aggressive skin products.
