I have seen too many castles in Ireland, but my favorite for me is Slain Castle (Slane Castle), a natural lawn with open slopes between the castle gates of the Irish noble Conyngham family and the Boyn River in the Sapporo. The owner of the castle, Earl Henry, must be the most enthusiastic and happiest super rock fan. Since 1981, he has launched an N concert on this lawn, including a large string of stars in the history of rock and pop music. Name U2, Rolling Stone, Gun Flower, Red Hot Chili Pepper, Queen, David Bowie, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Santana, Springsteen, R.E.M, Oasis, Bon Jovi...The regulars here are the great bands, who lived in the castle for half a year in 1984 and wrote their album, "The Unforgettable Fire." It happened that seven years later, Slain Castle really lost a fire, but the fire would not cause damage to the stone castle main body, and reopened after the repair was completed in 2001. The castle is lined with furniture, furnishings and old photographs that have existed for centuries, but my favorites are the windows, the lush hills beyond the end, like a landscape hanging. When concerts are held on the grass outside the castle every year, every window facing the stage is probably a great place to grab a head.
