Best of All Lookout

On a clear day, the scenery here is very beautiful. It may not be the best view of the area, with even better views on the trails around Pennabula and Springbrook, but in terms of scope, the experience is special to be able to appreciate the formation of volcanic vents that support all the nearby mountains. It doesn’t take long trekking, a short, slightly tilted gravel road from the parking lot, which feels a bit supernatural (the road passes through some amazing ancient Antarctic beech). So the area may be crowded.

It is only 350 meters drive from this world-class observation deck. You will also be lucky to see some ancient trees in a short walk, which is really special. A stunning viewing spot with views of the coast and its surroundings, and on a clear day you can see Byron Bay and even further away! Easy to reach for all ages.

The view is very broad, looking at the whole crater touching the ground, quiet time is particularly interesting.
