A great place to discover the history of Rupea and its surroundings
The museum exhibits traditional costumes and furniture of the romanians, saxons and hungarians that livesd im the region.
Cute!
We stopped here unexpectedly on our drive from Brasov to Sibiu because we saw the citadel from the road. Cute little town. We had a coffee at a cafe on the square and then happened to see this museu...
Excelent colection of painted furniture
At the first floor you can see a beautiful collection of painted Saxons' furniture. One of the best I saw.

Small museum with various reconstructions of traditional Romanian homes and clothes. I don't think we have many visitors but the employee was kind and lighted while not speaking English. ...
