Empty, run down, glaucous hotel with terrible customer service
Some floors are completely abandoned (floor -4 to -2). Terrible customer service. Bad food. Unclean rooms. Probably the worst hotel I've been to. Here is a little story about why the customer service ...

The hotel is a wonderful motive to photograph, but the building has come a little in the years.
Music from Desplat is suitable for it!
Even though we could not enter the former hotel but only admire from outside, it has been wonderful in the still maroden, hopefully revived by investors and guests at Bad Gaststein ...
Powerful construction on the Alpenhang
Also a sign of the place. Who lives there? I think there are private apartments in the meantime. Whoever wants to see a wide range of hotels and streams, goes there.
