Matthews Beach Park

Matthews Beach Park is one of the first choices for Seattle locals for weekend leisure, with beautiful sea views. The coastline is long and the beach is very clean. There are also many entertainment projects and many restaurants in the park.

We were in Seattle on Independence Day, and we saw a lot of Americans spontaneously setting off fireworks on the beach that night, and it was very spectacular, and the whole park was very beautiful.

The park is located in North Seattle. You can BBQ, swim in the lake, play in the sand, nap under shaded trees or kick or throw balls around in the fields. Limited parking.

This beach is still quite far from the city, and the whole beach is quite small. There is no very fine and soft sand here, all of which are small gravel, but the scenery I personally think is not bad, you can see the mountains in the distance.
