Exhibition of danjiri
Original Text
Several danjiri are exhibited on the north side of the parking lot and the building. It is magnificent with elaborate sculptures. The building itself is magnificent with a large tatami mats, and the bran is beautiful.
It is a free rest area in a corner of the Joto district of Tsuyama, Little Kyoto, where the old townscape remains. It's a little far from the former residence of Nenpo Misaku and the Tsuyama Western Museum, so you'll almost pass by. It is a great place to take a walk while walking slowly in the town of Tsuyama.
If you have the opportunity to visit here, I recommend looking for [2 カマキリ] drawn in the cherry blossom painting.

It may not be interesting as a building because it was restored in 1993 in [Important Traditional Buildings Preservation District, Joto], but in the hall inside, Iwao Kono, a painter of the Joto district. According to There are [Snow scenery of Mt. Tango] and [Flower 々 in the Chinese Mountains] (6 double-sided cherry blossoms, see attached photos), and [2 カマキリ] are also drawn in [Flower 々 in the Chinese Mountains]. When you look for this [2 カマキリ], the fun doubles when you visit here. So ...
The Joto district of Tsuyama City is a quaint townscape designated as a Judenken. Sakushu Joto Yashiki is a free resting place that restores the townhouses of the Edo period. The tasteful appearance, the white-walled warehouse next door and the fire watch turret are also eye-catching. It seems that it was also used as the location of the final work of the "Otoko wa Tsuraiyo" series, and there was a stone monument.
It is a free rest area, and about 4 cars can be parked. The exhibition and sketch of the danjiri inside felt the local culture like Tsuyama. It was impressive with a short stop.
