A long established shochu
Original Text
Unfortunately, I couldn't tour the shochu manufacturing process, but there are magnificent factories and exhibition halls. There are also sake with the award-winning serial number, so it's hard to get souvenirs.
It takes about 3 minutes to walk from Yakechi's inn. We will tour the factory in about 30 minutes with guidance. At the end, I tasted it and felt drunk (laughs) There are also brown sugar shochu that are sold only here!
I visited Arangachi Falls, so I stopped by in the evening. When I entered the shop to buy a limited 44 degree brown sugar shochu, the person in charge recommended a factory tour. Even though there are only two couples, we took a leisurely tour. Finally, we had all kinds of tastings, bought limited brown sugar shochu and 5 other bottles, and gave us postcards and mini bottles as gifts. Originally it was a great response even though I needed a reservation.
I stopped by on the last day of Amami Oshima. I called and had a factory tour on the day. Filled with brown sugar squid, you can sample brown sugar shochu such as bricks. It was delicious and it would kill a little time, so I recommend it!
You cannot visit unless you make a reservation in advance. Even if you go, it's not interesting because it's only selling shochu "Bento". The process of making it is not exhibited, so be sure to contact us before you go. Good luck legend (legend) There was also a big sign called the building, but I couldn't see it. I thought it would be a little tour.
