Loved, loved, loved this place. Drive thru park with lots of stopping areas. Get out and walk the trails, or ride a bike, and/or camp. Climb the rocks to catch a view. Go thru park catch one view ...
An enormous area to explore right next to the city. The parking near the trailhead is not extensive (just a few spots) and not easy to find without the GPS. Bring plenty of water, as always.
