    Nice and Fairly Easy Hiking

    This is a pretty area on the Vermont border-indeed, several of the travels go into Vermont. The footing is mostly good, though there were several extremely muddy areas.

    Perfectly OK

    You hike through some unremarkable landscapes, except for the meadow, which had a bit of old time vibe. I was waiting for a team of horses and a fellow with a scythe to appear. Just nice. Not great.

    Walk through meadow and woods

    We walked through the meadow and up to the summit. It provided a walk for the dog and was near town. Was it great? No. Did it accomplish the goal? Yes.

    Lovely place to walk about

    We were actually here in October of 2018 for the fall foliage, and I don't remember it being lovely in the particular way, but it was a nice walk, primarily in shaded areas, which my husband preferred...
