Dory·L:“The stories of the older generation of Canadian immigrants are here, and they are so touching that you can't help but cry. This used to be the landing point for immigrants, the dock for passenger ships, and the place where immigration procedures were handled. There are transfer guides inside, and you can listen to them carefully explain the immigration stories of those days.”
河糖月色:“This is a good museum, very interesting and informative, there is a great exhibition on the Big Bang and the Titanic, the model ship exhibition is also beautiful and well curated.”
乐天的静:“We have been to many places in the Annapolis Valley and the South Shore of Nova Scotia, but by far my favorite place after Halifax is of course Fisherman's Cove. This place is very close to Halifax, and can be reached by car from the downtown area in about 20 minutes if there is no traffic, even for a very careful driver. The huge parking lot helps a lot. The colorful houses are full of all kinds of souvenirs that you can't find anywhere else. But of course there are also junk souvenirs everywhere. There are some cozy-looking restaurants and cafes, and the one we went to served good food at reasonable prices. The restaurant was called Wharf Seafood.”
牡丹:“The octagonal star-shaped fortress in the port city of Halifax was once a military fortress built by Britain and France to confront each other during the colonial period of the 18th century. It is now a tourist attraction in Halifax and houses a weapons museum.”
137***66:“【View】Best Museum in the World
No natural history museum can compare (sorry, Smithsonian). It's huge, but well laid out and modern. The exhibits are special, like the "T-Rex" is exceptional. As a bonus, you get to go inside the Hayden Planetarium. Take the subway from the underground entrance at 81st Street - this is a shorter line.”
M23***63:“The coastal trail is a pleasant place with beautiful sea and sky. You can visit the Immigration Museum and the Maritime Museum along the way and read about the history of Hafa. You don't have to get up too early to watch the sunrise at the beach, watch the cruise ships coming in and out, and enjoy a leisurely time.”
