The island is home to villas for the rich and supporting commercial areas. The luxury yacht marina is full of large yachts and has now become a yacht club. It is very close to the airport. The house prices on the island are said to start at 30,000 US dollars. Buying a house here can get permanent residency in Seychelles. You can apply for a green card after five years and apply for nationality of the country after ten years. Because Seychelles was once colonized by France and Britain, Seychelles passports are basically visa-free to Commonwealth, Europe and other countries.
If you want to overlook Eden Island, you can take bus No. 11 from Victoria Downtown Bus Terminal to Fairvieuw Eatate Station, where there is an observation deck, which is the most suitable place.”
