M39***74:“【Mont Saint-Michel: Paradise between Tides】 Standing in the Gulf of Normandy, Mont Saint-Michel is a perfect fusion of Catholic holy places and architectural wonders. As the tides rise and fall, this granite island sometimes becomes land and sometimes becomes an island, like a fantasy on the sea. The spire of the monastery on the top of the mountain points straight to the sky, and the Gothic cloisters and Romanesque foundations tell the epic of faith for thousands of years. The narrow stone alleys are filled with the aroma of butter biscuits, and pilgrims and tourists wait with bated breath in front of the tide schedule. A pearl on the World Heritage List, a must-visit "Western Wonder" in France, where history and nature dance in the interweaving of light and shadow.”

中西南北东:“Mont Saint-Michel, France's "Sea Fairy Mountain", no wonder Jay Chou's album cover is set in the background of Mount Saint-Michel, which is known as the "eighth wonder of the world" and is the third largest holy site of Catholicism. Fort Saint-Michel and its bay were declared a World Heritage Site in 1979. The mysterious island of Fort Saint-Michel lies in a conical row of granite. Its bay of San Marlo is a tidal flat, and the tides constantly wash sediments ashore, making Fort Saint-Michel an island that only rises when the tide is high, which is mysterious.”

For a small town to have an atmosphere, there must be people outside. Therefore, winter is more suitable for staying at home. Of course Now, it’s suitable for southerners to stay in northerners’ homes.”

JimmyLuMR:“Omaha Beach is the symbol of one of the four main landing sites of the Allied forces in the Normandy Campaign of World War II. Located on the northern coast of France and directly facing the beach of the English Channel, this area is 8 kilometers long. It begins in San Onorine de Peltei in the East and ends in Vieville in the west.”

As you drive halfway along the Milford Road, these mountain giants tower over you and everywhere you go, you’ll see something spectacular. TheForkUser:“Quite the experience!Although our reservation via TheFork wasn't in their ledger, we were ushered into the expansive, opulent dining room without delay, to find just three tables. Niche dining, old style. There was a never-ending supply of home-baked bread, and we were served amuse-bouches quickly, explained in French. Fortunately, the main lady did speak good English (eventually). We chose 'Les Croquis de Blainville' menu at €58 each, selecting differing starters and desserts but concurring on the duck for main. The service throughout was superb, and the presentation of all dishes was exquisite, although with my basic French (my partner speaks not a word), the long-winded descriptions of everything passed us both by. The subtlety of the flavours combined with several aspects we didn't enjoy (I hate aniseed and the like) left us feeling underwhelmed, to be honest. At around €150, including a couple of glasses of wine, the price was incredible for a Michelin-starred establishment. Go!”

It’s definitely missing when you take a drink before the meal,Two little half bread toasts for the foie gras (when you got 3 nice slices it’s definitely not enough and you need to eat baguette.”

TheForkUser:“Had a great time at the restaurant, really pleased about the entire Normand dinner experience and hospitality. The meat was being grilled directly at the fireplace infront of you. Do try to arrive early as the tables infront of the fireplace are quite popular. Service was top-notch and friendly, I fully recommend this restaurant to anyone who passed by Cabourg.”

The restaurant can be a bit loud but that's not unusual for the type of setting. *Stars rating based on restaurant category and price point.”

TheForkUser:“The food is really good, yet the staff's attitude was unpleasant. We were a group of 6 and 2 of our friends were running late. We were told they had to be there in max 20 minutes if not they couldn't order and that a gastronomic restaurant is like a train, either you hop on on time or you loose it. We also wanted the menu dégustation which was not possible because of the hour. It was not indicated anywhere (including their website) that for the menu dégustation we had to be there at a certain hour. A friend of mine who was with her 4 month old was told to hurry up eating cause they had to bring the next menu. We've been to several Michelin star restaurants and have never been treated like this. An overall sub par expérience”
