Stefan’s Travels:“Situated near the Spanish border is this little city in Portugal, Marvao. You can taste the local produce while visiting the castle. Wine, cheese and roasted chestnuts are some. beautiful views and sunsets.”
TheForkUser:“The food is good and the view is awesome. The lack of entree options outside of a pork dish is the only reason I’m probably not over the moon about this place.”
TheForkUser:“Lovely food in a great location. Expensive for what you got, but enjoyable all the same. Not a great deal of choice for vegetarians, but the asparagus risotto was very tasty. Very attentive waiter and great choice of wines.”
TheForkUser:“We had a lovely meal for four on the terrace of the restaurant. The service was friendly and really nice, very accommodating of our request for a vegetarian meal. The restaurant created an amazing meal based on fresh local mushrooms for us, which was truly exceptional. I'm definitely looking forward to coming again soon!”
