明天huigenghao:“Toledo is an ancient Spanish city, located 70 kilometers south of Madrid. The city has a long history and was once the capital of Spain. Its architecture combines Gothic, Moorish, Baroque and other styles. Toledo was listed as a World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in 1987 for its rich historical and cultural heritage and unique urban style.
🚗 Transportation Guide
There are three main modes of transportation from Madrid to the ancient city of Toledo:
1️⃣Train: From Madrid Atocha Railway Station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach Toledo Railway Station, and the ticket price is €10. Then walk to the old town in 20 minutes.
2️⃣Bus: Take the subway to Plaza Eliptica, transfer to the ALSA bus directly to TOLEDO, the round-trip fare is about 9.6 euros, and the one-way trip takes 50 minutes. The bus time will vary depending on traffic conditions, but it usually takes about 1 hour.
3️⃣Group tour: It is very worry-free to have a Chinese tour guide

The exterior architectural scenery is beautiful, and it is a good place to take photos and check in.
⭐️Toledo Castle (Alcázar de Toledo) 🏰
The castle combines Moorish, Visigothic and Christian styles, and is a microcosm of Toledo's history. The appearance is unique. Although the city wall has been damaged due to historical reasons, it is still worth seeing after reconstruction.

Walk to the observation deck to take a panoramic view of the ancient city.
Going down the mountain road, you can walk across the Puente de Alcántara and return to the ancient city.

The author of Don Quixote, lived here many times in his life, and some scenes in the novel were also taken from here
💰Souvenirs
1️⃣Double-headed eagle-shaped refrigerator magnet/keychain
The double-headed eagle is the city emblem here. You can't see it anywhere else after you come out of here. It has commemorative significance
2️⃣Malaysian leather and gold wire inlaid jewelry
The jewelry with black background and gold decoration is very beautiful. The price will double when you leave here, and there are not many styles. I regret not buying it
3️⃣Knife
The prototype of the Swiss Army Knife comes from Spain. There are many shops here that sell knives with unique styles. Remember to put it in the checked luggage after buying it”
生长在海边的果果:“I drove from Madrid to Cordoba and visited the ancient city. Due to time constraints, I only visited the cathedral, the San Martin Bridge, and the observation deck. This ancient city is still worth a day to visit.”
旅の径:“Located on the west side of the ancient city of Toledo, the San Martin Bridge is a medieval bridge across the Tagus River. Construction began in the 13th century and was completed in the late 14th century.
Two Gothic-style defense towers stand at the bridgehead. The five-arch stone bridge with one large arch and four small arches is similar to the Zhaozhou Bridge in my country.
Looking at the stone bridge, the mottled appearance tells the vicissitudes of history, the city emblem at the bridgehead shows the immortal glory, and the monastery in the distance blooms with a tall figure...”
旅の径:“The Alcázar Castle in Toledo is located at the highest point of the ancient city. It is a castle with a long history and a tragic fate.
In the third century, a Roman palace was built; in the tenth century, after Muslims conquered Toledo, they built this commanding height of the ancient city into a fortress; in the eleventh century, Christianity recaptured Toledo and built a castle here; during the reign of Carlos I in the sixteenth century, the castle was converted into a royal palace; after his successor Philip II moved the capital to Madrid, the castle lost its original important status and served as a prison, barracks, workshop and military academy.
During the Spanish Civil War, the castle was severely damaged in the war; after the war, in order to commend the soldiers guarding the castle, Franco ordered the castle to be rebuilt as it was, and it has been preserved to this day.
Today's castle is square, magnificent and majestic; the bottom floor of the castle has some ruins left as a memorial; the main body of the castle has become a military museum and library; the top floor of the castle has a 360° panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of the ancient city.”

E58***65:“It’s essential and convenient to purchase the ticket in advance in order to minimise the queuing time. It’s easy to use and just show the QR code for entry.”
John_Du:“The salvation of the hot summer weather is to come to the exhibition. Anyway, people who understand art and those who don’t should be able to find their own aesthetics here.
Taking photos is not allowed, and there will be staff to remind you all the time”
Open today at 10:00-18:25(Tickets available until 18:05)
MaryJoy Dela Cruz Gonzales:“The cloisters and church are full of beautiful details, well worth a look. Wonderful old monastery. Although it is a bit far from the center of Toledo, it is worth visiting. The ticket was quite reasonable, only 3 euro per adult.”
旅の径:“When visiting the ancient city of Toledo, you must check in at the River Valley Lookout before entering the city (or after leaving the city).
The River Valley Lookout is located in the southern mountains outside the ancient city. Climb up the lookout and look north, and you can see the whole picture of the ancient city at a glance:
The towering cathedral and the square castle sit on both sides, the clear Tagus River flows around the city, and various buildings are lined up... A glimpse of two thousand years is unforgettable.”
邻水哈里特:“The child's dream came true, and he finally saw the Bernabéu Stadium. Unfortunately, the grass was cleaned when we went there, so there was no beautiful grass. It was a bit regrettable. It would be so beautiful if we could watch a game.”
Open today at 10:00-19:00 (admission ends at 18:00)
Annie长翅膀的喵:“On May 30, 2025, we spent a thrilling and exciting night at the Las Ventas bullring in Madrid. Watching Marco Pe`rez a talented teenager born in 2007 1V6 bullfighting, this bullfighting known as the "old bull" is called a bullfighting that happens in 20 years, I have the opportunity to watch it on the spot (after learning the news this morning, through friends in Madrid, find a way to get the ticket, There is also a doctor who reads Spanish bullfighting art in Madrid, a Beijing brother's live guide and reconciliation) and admired a wonderful, ups and downs, twenty-year-old bullfighting, the whole venue is full, and also appreciates the Spaniard's fever, so lucky, Very happy and excited to have such an experience 🤩😎”
