I love this One Dundas serviced apartment — this is actually my second time booking the same place! This time, I requested a bigger room, and it was even better than I expected. The moment I walked in, I didn’t even feel like going out shopping — the air conditioning was excellent, and the room had everything I needed. There’s a nice kitchen with a stove, a large refrigerator, and an open bar where I could enjoy breakfast. The living room was cozy with a TV and beautiful city views. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The cleaner was so friendly — they refilled refreshing sparkling water every day and even took care of the trash regularly. The location is super convenient — easy to get to anywhere! Next time I go back to Hong Kong, I’ll definitely rebook this serviced apartment. Honestly, it feels even better than staying in a 5-star hotel. It’s warm, welcoming, and truly feels like home. Highly recommend!

Very good, the boss is very enthusiastic. I arrived early and asked if I could check in early. The boss actively helped to coordinate 1 hour in advance. Although I didn't use it, I am still very grateful! The location is great. Go downstairs and cross two traffic lights to reach Victoria Harbour. There are many delicious foods around, and many food that you can check in is just a few steps away. The room is also quite large. The only flaw is that it takes a long time to go up and down the stairs and wait for the elevator. 😂 But the flaws do not outweigh the merits! I still highly recommend it. I didn't take photos because it was a bit messy. I will continue to book next time I come to Hong Kong!

I took the children back to Hong Kong to visit relatives during the summer vacation and stayed in the Prince's Apartment for a month. I felt very satisfied. The location is super convenient, near the subway station and the bus station, the access is completely not worried; nearby restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls are available, and it is convenient to buy food every day. The room was big enough and clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and courteous and willing to assist. Overall, it is highly recommended!

Advantages: 1. Good location, central area of Central, suitable for business people, convenient transportation, 10 minutes walk to Central Metro, Airport Express Hong Kong Station. There are many restaurants nearby, breakfast and dinner can be solved nearby. 2. The room is large. Compared with many Hong Kong hotels at the same price, this area is very large, about 25-40 square meters. 3. This is a hotel-style apartment with kitchen tools, similar to a home. 4. The design style is distinctive and suitable for young people.

The room was clean, the details were well done, and the taste was good! Overall cost-effective, no thunder. There are aromas and fragrances, the tower fragrance is so like The bath water is very big, which is fine. Finally, it is very close to Hongshengye Beach and convenient to play in the water.

The hotel is located in Wan Chai, about 6-8 minutes' walk from the MTR station. However, as it is located on an inner street and there are no eye-catching landmarks nearby, the entrance is easily missed and it takes more time to find it. The hotel is actually a serviced apartment with two units per floor. There are fewer rooms and fewer guests coming and going. There is a lock at the door and entry and exit requires confirmation from the front desk. The room is larger than other hotels, with a simple and stylish design. It is quite comfortable and has a kitchen with utensils and a microwave, so guests can cook their own meals. The bathroom has two large sinks and a bathtub, which is more attractive to travelers who love bathing. Please note that there is no telephone in the room. If you need additional utensils or housekeeping services, you need to go to the front desk on the basement to notify them, which is quite inconvenient. Moreover, the hotel does not have a fitness room, laundry room or restaurant services. If necessary, guests need to meet the relevant needs by themselves.

On the second floor of the small commercial building (that is, 㓥 room), when I went, the door was closed, the doorbell was not answered, and the corridor was stuffy and hot. I waited for 20 minutes. Ctrip customer service was unprofessional and asked me to go to the front desk (where to come to the front desk in a guest house with a few single rooms in the room). The facilities inside are new and clean, there is no sound insulation at all, it is okay to stay for a few hours of sleep (after that, I found the same quality on Ag*** is half cheaper than here!

Block D of Huayuan Building, there are quite a lot of elderly people, and it feels quite safe; the location is not super good, the surrounding restaurants, subway stations, pharmacies, and malls are all very close; the map shows that it is a ten-minute walk from Temple Street, and it is just right to go shopping at night; Although the room is small, it has all the items, enough toilet paper towels, night light, mosquito repellent, hair dryer, etc.; the room is very clean, there are no bugs or mosquitoes, and the cleaning is very clean; the service lady is also very nice, and the air conditioner has enough wind, but I don't like to use the air conditioner, and I try not to open the windows in the room. Hong Kong is very hot and humid these days. If I have a fever, I checked out one day earlier, and I contacted Ctrip to solve it quickly. There are also disadvantages: the building is being renovated in the past few days, and there are loud decoration sounds when resting in the room during the day; the elevator room in the building is very small, and you have to wait for a long time each time; generally speaking, it is recommended, it is very convenient to transfer for a day or two.

This hostel, which is labeled ”cohabitation space”, is actually a youth hostel. The room is super small and there is basically no space to move around. You have to flash left and right to avoid the bathroom when you put the suitcase. The shower room is very narrow. The worst thing is that there is no hot water the night before check-out, there is no phone in the room to inform the front desk, and there is no phone to contact the staff on duty on the Internet. Unless ”you” are willing to go to the first floor to find security guards in this case. Really, if you have something, ask for blessings, there is no way to ask for help. Only hard scalp with cold water shower. The whole hostel has a faint smell, like the smell of a ditch... The only advantage is the location.

SSpace TravellersThe hotel rooms are quite big for Hong Kong hotel rooms comparatively but the bathroom is very small. The location is easily accessible by MTR and it is situated within less than 200 meters from East Tsim Sha Tsui Station L5 exit. Below the hotels have a lot of restaurants and 茶餐厅. The setbacks are that they do not provide toothbrushes and bottle drinking water. You have to purchase those items from them if you want.

MM244611****Had a wonderfully comfortable and highly satisfying stay, offering excellent value for money. 1. **Spaciousness:** The room was remarkably large by Hong Kong standards, exceeding 20 square meters. Beyond the bathroom, it featured a dedicated kitchen and a small dining area. Multiple windows provided abundant natural light, making the space bright and airy. The decor was elegantly cozy, truly creating a home-away-from-home ambiance. 2. **Convenient Amenities:** The kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, induction hob, washing machine (with dryer function), range hood, refrigerator, and a complete set of pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery – all perfectly functional and in great condition. This was a huge advantage, as many hotels and guesthouses often have such appliances that are merely for show. During our three-day stay, the washer/dryer was incredibly convenient for daily laundry. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks in the fridge. 3. **Excellent Location & Perks:** The hotel boasts a superb location with convenient transportation. It's just a few hundred meters, roughly a 10-minute walk, from Wan Chai MTR station. Getting to Central or Tsim Sha Tsui MTR is incredibly easy, just two stops each. Popular attractions like Golden Bauhinia Square and Victoria Harbour are also within easy walking distance. While a full breakfast isn't provided, the lobby offers 24-hour complimentary coffee, and from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, guests can enjoy free apples, bananas, and pastries – a thoughtful solution for a quick morning bite. 4. **Friendly Service & Minor Detail:** The lobby staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting us warmly. During check-in, they patiently explained all the essential details and how to operate the in-room appliances. The hotel also features both an indoor and outdoor lounge area, both tastefully decorated to create a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The only slight drawback is the approximately 20-meter steep uphill walk to reach the hotel entrance. This might pose a challenge for guests with mobility issues, seniors, or those with heavy luggage. However, this elevated position contributes to a very quiet and peaceful environment at night.

CChris J. GrayConveniently located, comfortable hotel just a few minutes walk from Hong Kong station if you're coming into town from the airport. Rooms are relatively large and nicely appointed with a work desk, fridge and kettle with a small selection of tea and coffee samples. There's no bottled water but there's a 7/11 just a minute's walk from the foyer. Best of all, you're surrounded by a plethora of cafes and restaurants to suit all budgets.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the location is very close to various attractions, and public transportation is very convenient. This time I arrived in Hong Kong from the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, and the apartment was only 600 meters away after getting off the boat. Secondly, the room environment. The apartment is fully equipped and you can even cook simple meals. The key is that compared to the main hotels in Hong Kong, which are only about 20 square meters, this space is completely overwhelming. The most worth introducing is the service. The service of the apartment staff is very enthusiastic. I am used to electronic payment and did not bring Hong Kong dollars, RMB, and credit cards😅. When I needed to pay a deposit, the sister who received me provided a flexible plan without a deposit, which perfectly solved my embarrassment🥲. In addition, the power sockets in Hong Kong are different from those in the mainland. You can borrow them at the front desk without having to buy them separately. In short, the stay experience in Hong Kong this time is quite good, and it is worth writing a comment to recommend it
