Everything is perfect for a short trip. Spacious apartment, good for families. We don't use the swimming pool because the rules are ridiculous.

The trip was good and very recommended for a family to stay here.
The pool usage need to be revise and improve, family stay with children need to use the pool freely without time limit. JMB should revise on this matter.

it was a pleasant stay and comfortable. just across the river you can see the Sarawak State Legislative Assembly.

AAnonymous UserFor those who may not know, the lobby is located on level 2 and is accessible by lift. The room I stayed in was very spacious; however, the cleanliness could be improved, as there were stains on the white duvet cover. I was on the 10th floor, and it was quiet at night, despite being in the city center. A water purifier is available along the corridor, and cooking utensils are provided, so you can prepare your own meals if you'd like. The Spring Shopping Mall is just opposite the hotel and can be easily accessed via a skybridge.

CChrista SuaLocation is excellent especially as it is above the shopping mall. Travelling to other places are also convenient. I was worried abouvlet the cleanliness as the few reviews I read was bad on cleanliness but mine was good. Will definitely stay in the same place when I visit Kuching again.

EExplore the world with JosephGood location at Jalan Song area, which the area is located lots of eatery places. Thus, we can easily to find foods that’s located just next to the apartment. The staffs is friendly and done the room service accordingly. There is not fancy swimming pool or gym but is good enough for a short stay in Kuching while exploring the city.

JJennifer YentyThe unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves.

GGuest UserWe are a beach goers , this apartment has direct access to the beach and facing the fantastic seaview. Unfortunately, no beach towel or pool towel provided which is very inconvenient for us. This apartment is for the 6 of us but yet only two rolls of toilet papers are provided and only one toilet for sharing.
If you can get Roxy beach resort hotel , I would strongly advise to go for the hotel than renting air b&b via private owned flat.

GGuest UserThe Room is comfortable and clean. It really big and spacious. But we had our difficult time to find parking after 8PM. When we reached the owner, the answer we got just wait for the event to finish. If the event end at 11pm, do we have to wait longer to find parking? Hopefully there will be special parking lot for this unit in the future. But we still have a good time in Kuching.

CCikDI have book this hotel for our engineer who has a business trip at Miri. This is his 2nd stayed. This apartment is near to the Shell office just 10-15 minit walkin distance. There are lot of store at this building so it is convenience to get basic things. He like this hotel very much.
