Not the best hotel but it offers hotel experience at the price of youth hostel. Quite nice. It is just beside Hyatt place so paying this price for the hotel worths it! Just 10 mins from old town.

This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in in recent years. It's an old building, but it's been renovated in recent years in a classic, exquisite style. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities. The hotel is close to the heart of the old town, yet incredibly quiet. There's no hustle and bustle, just the smile of the front desk lady every time I pass by.

Great hotel and very highly recommend. The staff were all very nice and helpful to our requests such as early check in of around 9am, and also helping us with luggage storage even after checking out. I would like to thank the staffs who were on duty from 3-5 April 2025, they were very kind and friendly. There location is superb as well as we are located near bus and tram intersection and the tram is just right outside our hotel. It is not noisy as long as u close your windows. There is free still/sparkling water and coffee dispenser. Room is clean and there is a fridge. Highly recommended

Overall, it’s a good clean place to stay for 1–2 nights. Despite its central location, the area is quite peaceful. If you book a room on the 3rd floor, you might hear some noise from the room right in front of yours. I appreciated the coffee machine with capsules — a nice touch. However, there were a few downsides: the two single duvets were quite small, and I felt cold; a larger, warmer duvet would be preferable. The mansard room isn’t ideal for tall people, and the shower tended to clog quickly. Also, the showerhead holder was placed too high. Lastly, the carpeted floor made it difficult to drag a heavy suitcase around.

The location was great. A fairly short walk to the old town. There is no front desk or any visible service, except the cleaner in the morning. Although the room looked nice and was quite large and had clothes hangars and a desk, it had a big problem. There was a window above the door and the hall night flickered all night. A few seconds on, a few seconds off. Even with my sleep mask, the constantly changing light was very noticeable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I noticed that my room was the only one in my part of the accommodation with such a window, so I guess the other rooms would be better. They should really cover the window up. Even if they fixed the flickering, it would still be annoying to have the light go on whenever other guests go to the hall to use the bathroom or for coming in and out. The other issue was the internet. It was useable for what I needed during the trip, but it lagged at times, and I don't think it would have been suitable for a work conference call.

Very nice location in the historic area of Krakow. As there is no reception, checkin is done through e-reception which is an interesting solution. Rooms are very clean and despite being surrounded by nightlife the rooms are quiet.

I liked Krakow so much that I stayed while increasing my travel schedule, but I was more satisfied than the hotels near the station. It was assigned to the attic on the top floor, and I loved it because it was a comfortable and comfortable room with good sunlight. It is the best route to travel to the old town, and there are delicious coffee shops, convenience stores and coin laundry nearby, so you can stay comfortably. However, it is on the 5th floor of the Korean style, but there is no elevator, so you have to do a little lower body movement, and it seems that people who are sensitive to noise because of the sound of the train will not be very good.

We returned back to hotel to stay after our stay at Zakopane. This room is very big but we do not really like the 3 deer man on the wallpaper. -_-“ Other than that, everything was perfect.
