We booked this hotel for a 14-hour transit mainly because of the airport shuttle service. Unfortunately, the shuttle never showed up at the scheduled time, and we had to arrange an Uber to get to the hotel. On our return to the airport, we managed to use the shuttle, but the driver was rude and unprofessional. This was disappointing as we specifically chose the hotel for its advertised shuttle service.

I was genuinely touched that they even offered porridge for breakfast! It felt so authentic and was a lifesaver for my 'Chinese stomach'. Dinner also featured comforting options like white rice and fried noodles, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Plus, getting to the theme park and other attractions was incredibly convenient.

What a wonderful trip we had. The check in process was easy and included a warm cookie! The room was perfect for the three of us. It even had a kitchen which I did not expect. Room service food was delicious and we were able to save left overs and reheat them. Breakfast was worth it for the good food and so many choices. The staff was fantastic and so helpful. A taxi was ordered for us so we could get to the airport.

Choice always this facility they have good and comfy bed quite and very quite place location are good you to relaxed and quick to check inn.thanks to Miss Teddy hazel and other staff in the reception they are all very good and smiling highly recommend to my friends,and colleagues.money wise good 😊😊

Incredible hotel with amazing view and wonderful amenities. Everyone was so friendly, the room was wonderfully decorated, the hotel felt very luxurious overall, and the food on site was great. Pretty far from downtown Abu Dhabi, but Uber was convenient. Room service was a bit inconsistent when we asked for ice buckets, but otherwise it was great.

The hotel is in a prime location and service is excellent. Team are very good very helpful and very kind. I stayed two weeks I never have a problem at any time

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't open the window. As a result, I felt very isolated in the room, like I was in a box or a cave. Also, the lighting in the room was weak, so it was kind of dark. Dear Hotel plz change your window and let ppl breath fresh air in your rooms.

I have stayed in many Ritz Carlton hotels around the world. Those are always great service and quality. The Ritz Abu Dhabi rooms are a bit dated but kept up well. I still felt very comfortable. The hotel staff is fantastic. Upon arrival, hotel reception upgraded us to a slightly larger villa, which was greatly appreciated. The restaurant staff were excellent, swift cleaning plates and never far if something was needed. The food variety at breakfast was great and anything that was missing for individual tastes was provided upon request. Staff around the pool were also great at preparing beds upon arrival. The pool was heated and comfortable to swim and play during the colder months. Generally a fantastic stay and I would stay there again.

The common areas are quite spacious, but the rooms themselves felt a bit cramped. The service has really gone downhill; the only personalized attention we received was being shown to our room during check-in.

Spacious and Comfortable Stay at Oryx Hotel I stayed at Oryx Hotel in Abu Dhabi and was really impressed by how big the rooms were. The space was perfect for relaxing after a long day, with large beds, comfortable seating, and a big, clean bathroom that had everything I needed. The location is also a huge plus—just a short walk to the Corniche and close to shops and restaurants. It was easy to get around, and the area felt safe and convenient. Some parts of the hotel could use a bit of updating, but overall, it was clean, comfortable, and a good value for the price. I’d definitely consider staying here again.
