You can see the Venice water city all day all night from the room, and sunset from your bed (if you can wakes up) and hear the time bell🔔 you can feel I’m taking time to travel even if you are on the bed😌 🛏️ . 2. I’m a (careless) solo traveler that loss my passport bag, after I asked the hotel owner for support me, they contacted any possible number and found it in 30 min with pickup for me… return to me at the hotel room without any extra fee. The best decision for solo trip is choosing this hotel. 3. Under the stunning view from hotel room, a minimart is in 1st floor. And you can walk to the seaside spot anytime you want, only 1 section 🚦 in front of the hotel building. 4. I found the Dalian ring bus on evenings but it’s the best solution to reach all of beautiful seaside spots, you can get in and out of the bus many times you want with costs 20¥ per day (8:00-16:30) and the bus stop of Venice water city is in front of the hotel building, the valuable and convenient hotel! 5. Because this is my first trip to Dalian, I asked many questions about recommended food, air-conditioner… the hotel’s WeChat answered me immediately every time.

The staff are professional and polite, handling all requests efficiently. I was very satisfied with both the dining and accommodation experience. The environment is elegant and the scenery beautiful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dalian.

The hotel's location is adjacent to Xinghai Square, with the coast just a few hundred meters away. Dalian is small, so taxis can take you anywhere. The front desk staff were warm and professional. When we noticed a hole in our bedsheet upon check-in, they handled it promptly. The interior decor is unique, and they don't skimp on quality, providing a Midea electric kettle and Xiangyin tissues. Minor drawback: Venice Water Town is an artificial attraction that, despite its reputation, doesn't quite live up to the hype.

Environment: The hotel is very close to the seaside. It is convenient to drive. The room is very clean and you can see the sea when you open the window. Service: The service is attentive and the lady at the front desk is particularly enthusiastic. The suite we stayed in was suitable for a family trip. The room was large and both the elderly and children were happy. The hotel breakfast is also good.

The room offered a sea view, which was lovely. Having a washing machine and a fridge was a huge plus, and all the appliances and furniture felt quite new and were in good working order. They even provided branded toiletries and a decent kettle, and the TV worked perfectly – truly impressive. The cleanliness was spot-on, and the space felt very generous, complete with a wardrobe, sofa, and even a kitchen. Downstairs, there were all sorts of shops, and it was close to the subway station, making it incredibly livable. Honestly, it felt more comfortable than some long-term rentals I've had in other cities. My few days of vacation truly felt like 'living.' I could sleep in until I naturally woke up, then go see the sea, visit attractions, fly kites, go mudlarking, and feed pigeons and seagulls. I even managed to wake up early one day to catch the sunrise and enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. At night, I'd stroll through the night market, find a spot to eat while listening to live music (it's great to find a seat!), and then head back to watch TV until I felt sleepy before drifting off. Each day was perfectly rounded and wonderful.

This was my first time staying by the sea in winter, and I was surprised to see the ocean freeze over – it's a completely different vibe from summer. As always, the hotel's facilities and service were excellent; they didn't cut corners just because there were fewer guests during the Spring Festival. It seems Bayuquan has a tradition of setting off fireworks by the sea, as there was a steady stream of people coming to light them every evening during the festival. Our room's balcony was definitely a VIP viewing spot, and it was absolutely worth every penny! 😁

Due to the angle, watching the sunrise while lying down is a bit of a challenge 😂, but standing up does the trick. The sunrise over the sea is absolutely stunning! The room temperature was also perfectly warm, so even though I encountered snowy weather, I was able to watch the sunrise comfortably without freezing. Honestly, just looking out at the blue sea from the window is incredibly beautiful. I don't think there's any need to go to those trendy cafes; sitting on the balcony offers the best mountain and sea views. The service was also great. Luggage handling and cleaning were all fine. The housekeeper noticed I asked about breakfast times and mentioned I might not be able to get up early, so the next day, they brought it directly to my room. Personally, I don't see any downsides. This room type is a bit small, but it's perfectly sufficient for one person. One minor suggestion: it would be great to have a laundry basket. The clothes hangers are made of rope, which looks very artistic and nice, but women usually have more clothes, so there weren't quite enough hangers.

Environment: It offers a truly delightful stay. The lobby is cozy yet grand, and there's a lounge bar on the ground floor where you can grab a coffee or even work. The breakfast ingredients are all premium brands, sourced entirely from Sam's Club, and you can even customize your favorite dishes. The breakfast chef is wonderful, taking great care of your dietary needs and ensuring you enjoy your meal. Service: In short, the service here surpasses even high-star hotels I've stayed in (and those I haven't!). From the front desk staff in the lobby, to the breakfast chef, to the cleaning ladies, and even the owner – everyone provides warm, professional service. They treated my family and children so well that I felt like I was visiting relatives for the New Year, something even some of my own family members don't manage. I honestly didn't want to leave the Meihau R Hot Spring Hotel (Xinghai Square Branch) – it was pure bliss from start to finish.😭 The location is unbelievably perfect! Xinghai Square is just a few steps away, making it super easy to feed the seagulls, enjoy the ocean breeze, and capture panoramic city views. The subway station is only about 1km away, an easy walk. The river view is fantastic, and the overall environment is quiet and elegant, a welcome escape from city noise. Their service truly won over this southerner! The front desk staff were so gentle and attentive. The breakfast spread was incredibly varied, and an auntie even specially fried an egg for me on the spot – talk about attention to detail. The room was super spacious; we got upgraded to a river-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered such a healing view. It was roomy and comfortable. The biggest surprise was the hotel's own scrubbing and hot spring center. My first Northern-style scrubbing experience – I'm hooked! So relaxing and stress-relieving.
