YYi0n9u0nWe visited in late December 2025.
- My child had high expectations for the duplex room, so we booked it and were very satisfied.
- The front desk, breakfast area, and room service staff were all friendly and professional.
- There's a heated pool on the second floor, close to the temperature of a hot spring, with an automatic lock when entering, and well-equipped changing and showering areas. (The Blue Lagoon is also nearby, so you can visit it.)
- The view overlooking the pier and the city was beautiful.
- It was quite crowded considering it was off-season. Even after many people checked out, all services, including dinner and breakfast, continued as normal, which was nice. The three-course dinner was delicious.
- They offer their own airport shuttle service, so you can relax at the end of your stay and arrive at the airport on time, stress-free.
- Just down the hill is the beautifully decorated Troll Cave. It's a great place to show off your kids or let them play rock-paper-scissors to get in on their own. (It's funny during the day, but scary after dark.)
- Along the coast, there's an old fishing boat on display, and toward the city center, there's a nice Italian restaurant called Anton's Mamma Mia.
GGuest UserCheck-in was easy because it was non-face-to-face, and it was a way to find it in a designated place without receiving the key directly.
It was a unique structure in which the kitchen key acted as a key to the visit, and at first it felt a little unique.
The hostel was very clean, both kitchen and toilet, and well equipped with the necessary cooking utensils.
After using the shower room, it was guided by the rules that the floor water must be removed with a squeeze, but I thought it was a good way to consider the next user.
Overall, it was a hostel with both neatness and convenience.
CCiqujingnianThe hotel is very close to the airport. It's great if you're catching a flight. The area around it is quite lively and has a lot of food. There's a bar downstairs. Foreigners like to drink, so sometimes the rooms near the bar can be noisy at night.
GGuest UserThe room was spacious. They offer a charged breakfast and there was also a restaurant just downstairs which had a nice atmosphere.
Overall- was a very nice stay.
There is parking at the front which can get quite full, but at the back of the hotel there are a lot of spots available
GGuest UserThis apartment is super cute. We loved the decor. We had everything we needed in terms of making meals for the family. The location was a quick drive from the airport and the owners were very easy to contact. We easily recommend and/or consider staying again.
MMelihClean but very small room. Window was rusted and could not be fully closed. Would be nice to have a few more shelves/racks. Excellent early breakfast for early flights.
AAnonymous UserSembra di soggiornare dentro un motel di un film americano.
Posizione eccellente vicino all'aeroporto e ad altre attrazioni facilmente raggiungibili.
La camera è spaziosa, i bagni in comune.
GGuest UserThe hotel is close to Reykjavik Airport. You can take the bus to the hotel to check in before 12 o'clock. The boss will personally take you to the airport for 5mins at 5-8am in the morning. The hotel environment is very good, almost 5.6 domestic, this is less than 400.
GGuest UserBooked a brief 6-hour overnight stay to catch a few hours sleep & a shower between long flight days, was worth every penny. Got in just after midnight in late June & took a pic of the ocean from my balcony, beautiful! Everything was clean, comfortable, & the staff very nice & accommodating. Hotel only a couple of miles from the airport.
