Date Journey
Day 1 Canglong Hundred Waterfalls->Jiangnan Tianchi->Yu Village
Day 2 Anji Bamboo Museum->Zhejiang Natural History Museum (Anji Branch)->Deep Blue Project

The Canglong Hundred Waterfalls Scenic Area is located 25 kilometers south of Anji County and is a summer resort for viewing waterfalls and climbing. There is a relatively concentrated group of waterfalls in Zhejiang, with groups of streams and waterfalls accompanying you up the mountain. The scenic area is lush with trees, very cool and pleasant. There are also various wooden bridges, plank roads, cable bridges, and thatched corridors. Climbing to the top of the 861-meter mountain, you can overlook the mountains and green valleys. The scenery is particularly beautiful. There are also special slides in the scenic area, where you can experience the thrill of sliding from halfway up the mountain through layers of dense forests to the bottom of the mountain. Starting from April and May every year, there are rafting projects near the scenic area.

evaluate:

The scenery is pleasant and suitable for visiting in summer without being exposed to the sun. The cool air hits you, and there are many recreational projects, which are very interesting. I look forward to coming again in the future. The scenery in Anji is great. There are also many restaurants at the door. You can have a big meal when you are tired of playing.

Jiangnan Tianchi is the upper pool of the Tianhuangping Pumped Storage Power Station. It was formed by digging and filling the depression between Tianhuangping and the Getianling peaks. You can choose to go to the sightseeing bus station and take a sightseeing bus to tour around the roads surrounding the Tianchi. To the southwest of the lake is a grass skiing field and expansion base with various entertainment projects, making it a great place to relax.

Address: Jiangnan Tianchi, Tianhuangping Town

Opening hours: 09:00-17:00

evaluate:

Whether the scenery is good or not depends on the weather and mood, haha. The scenery is about 70 points, but I recommend renting an electric car and driving around. It's quite interesting to take pictures. It is recommended to go in the morning because there is no shade.

Yucun Village is located on the west side of Tianhuangping Town, Anji, a bamboo village. It is the location of the Bamboo Sea Scenic Area of Tianhuangping Scenic Area. The village is oriented east-west, high in the north and low in the south, rising in the west and folding in the east. It is surrounded by mountains and continuous beautiful bamboo. The vegetation coverage rate is extremely high, and it has an excellent mountain microclimate. The unique natural environment has nurtured Yu Village’s long history and culture and created a magical natural landscape. In the village, there is the Longqing Zen Temple, a thousand-year-old temple built during the Later Liang period of the Five Dynasties, thousand-year-old trees, hundred-year-old giant salamanders, as well as ancient industrial and mining sites and karst cave landscapes that are waiting to be uncovered.

Address: Tianhuangping Town, Anji County, Huzhou City

Opening hours: 24 hours a day, all year round

The Wizard of Oz, hidden in Anji, encounter the life you long for. When travelling to Anji, Yu Village is a stop not to be missed! This time I rushed to this piece of green mountains and clear waters, and was amazed by it. I must recommend it to everyone! 🌳As soon as you step into Yu Village, the fresh air with the fragrance of grass and trees hits you in the face. Looking up, you will see rolling green hills, like a green painting drawn by nature with the most delicate brushstrokes. The mountains in the distance are looming in the clouds, like a fairyland. 🏠The buildings in the village are well-arranged, with white walls and black tiles, which blend perfectly with the surrounding natural scenery, full of Jiangnan charm. Walking along the neat village roads, you can see that the doors of every household are planted with flowers and green plants, full of the breath of life. There are also many interesting recreational projects here, such as the mine adventure park, which is exciting and fun. You can travel through the amusement facilities transformed from abandoned mines, experience the collision of speed and passion, and appreciate the unique landforms of Yu Village from different angles. It is super addictive. If you like to relax a little, you can take a walk along the trail by the stream. The water is so clear that you can see the bottom. You can see small fish and shrimps playing in the cracks of the rocks. From time to time, you can hear the crisp singing of birds, which will greatly relax your body and mind. When you are tired of playing, just find a farmhouse in the village to rest. The local farm dishes are truly unique, with most of the ingredients coming from their vegetable gardens and surrounding mountains and forests, fresh and delicious. Fresh bamboo shoots and homegrown farm chicken, every bite has the purest country flavor that will leave you with an endless aftertaste. In addition to beautiful scenery and delicious food, Yu Village also has a strong cultural atmosphere. Walking into the Yu Village Cultural Hall, you can gain an in-depth understanding of Yu Village’s green development transformation from “selling stones” to “selling scenery”. The wisdom and persistence of our ancestors are truly admirable. The service is also very considerate. Whether it is the owner of the farmhouse or the staff of the scenic spot, they are all warm and hospitable. If you have any questions, you can get help in time, which makes the travel experience soar. Anji Yu Village is really a good place where people can forget their worries and return to their true selves. I strongly recommend everyone check in!

Anji Bamboo Expo Park was founded in 1974 by the Anji County Forestry Bureau, the Institute of Subtropical Forestry, the Chinese Academy of Forestry, and Anji Lingfeng Temple Forest Farm. The scenic area makes full use of its advantages in bamboo variety resources and ecological bamboo forest landscape to develop bamboo eco-tourism. It has now formed a unique and self-contained tourist attraction. It has been rated as a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, a national agricultural tourism demonstration site, a national science education base, a national bamboo germplasm resource bank, and a county-level base where giant pandas were first settled in the country. National ecological culture demonstration enterprise. The entire Bamboo Expo Park covers an area of 1,200 acres and brings together 396 rare bamboo species. It is currently the world's largest bamboo park with a very complete range of scattered and mixed bamboo species. The scenic spots in the park include the Visitor Center, China Bamboo Museum, Anji Giant Panda Pavilion and Panda World. The China Bamboo Museum was built in 2000, covering an area of 12,000 square meters. The exhibition hall uses advanced technology to display rich exhibits and detailed historical materials, showing people the 6,000-year history of Chinese bamboo civilisation from the aspects of bamboo biodiversity, cultivation and utilisation, production and processing, and bamboo culture and art. The Anji Giant Panda Pavilion covers an area of 7,800 square meters. In 2008, it successfully cooperated with the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in Sichuan. At present, there are three giant pandas in the scenic area, which were introduced from the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in Sichuan, becoming the earliest county-level base for giant pandas in the country. Among them, the expansion project of the East District Visitor Center was officially opened to the public on September 30, 2014. The whole project is presented to the majority of tourists with "one center, one bridge, and three squares" as the highlights. We will make every effort to build the scenic area into a comprehensive national leisure and tourism industry base with the theme of the bamboo expo and the world's largest bamboo expo industrial park.

See the national pandas, follow the squirrels through the jungle, and experience a different kind of time whispered in this ocean of bamboo.

It's worth it for the giant pandas. The circus is only 30 yuan, which is very cost-effective. Since you are here, you must buy the ticket that includes the circus; don't buy it separately. The bamboo milk tea in the restaurant is cute in shape and comes with a small panda ornament. It’s worth the 35 yuan.

Anji's most popular online celebrity spot, the 68 yuan ticket 🎫 includes a cup of coffee ☕️. I also want to strongly recommend the Thai restaurant in thai inside. It feels like it was renovated from an old building, but it is carefully designed and decorated, with a full atmosphere, which can be regarded as Syrian style! The food is very good. In the hot summer, eating some sour and spicy Thai dishes is very appetising! The appearance and taste are good, it is worth trying.
