The car was a bit old when I picked it up at the airport, but it was in good working order and clean. It had 130,908 kilometers on it. I was contacted via WhatsApp the day before pickup. The pickup location was clear, and I could ask any questions via WhatsApp. The return process was simple and smooth; I chose my own hotel in Shin-Hashi. The only downside was that renting an ETC card was very expensive, 600 yen per day. For Toyota rentals, adding an ETC card cost 330 yen per trip (regardless of the number of days).

I chose this car based on the good reviews and favorable prices. The condition of the car and the service were surprisingly good. Although it's a 2012 model, it has a few minor scratches on the exterior, but they don't affect the car's driving. The hybrid car is easy to drive and fuel-efficient. Pickup and change are quick, and the trunk can accommodate 30-, 26-, and 20-inch cars without any problems. I'll definitely consider this car again!

The shop opened on July 1st of this year. Friendly Japanese staff who speak fluent Mandarin. The car is super new. A 6-day trip to Keihanna cost just over 3,000 yen in gas, and over 9,000 yen with the ETC. It's much more economical and time-saving than taking the JR. Highly recommended!
