The pick up and drop off point close to but not at the airport (they will pick you from/to airport for free) just reserve extra time before your flight. They can speak english and chinese. Overall quite good on customer services only don’t expect you will get the latest car features. But they are cheaper compared to to others so i would still recommend anyone interested
