Not a really new rental but good enough to do the road trip

Great choice...the car was awesome. The girl at the counter was super nice. And the guy who picked is up was very friendly and helped with loading and unloading of our luggage as well. Definitely recommend.

Pickup and Return: The staff at the dealership are all Chinese, so language barriers were a breeze. After landing at the airport, I called and someone came to pick me up. The process was also relatively straightforward. I had an NZTA translation, so I didn't need the "white card." If you're using the white card, remember to affix your photo and signature on the last page! Without a photo and signature, the police won't recognize the white card as legitimate. Upon return, the staff walked the car around and inspected it, clearing any issues before returning it. In my entire car rental experience, I've never encountered a dealership that used a flashlight to assess damage. Perhaps it's because I rented through a major platform, and the cars I received were relatively new, so the process was relatively smooth. I hope everyone has a smooth rental experience like me, and that you all travel safely and return home safely! Car Condition: The car is in excellent condition. With over 70,000 kilometers, the interior is spotless, the air conditioning is odor-free, and the exterior looks brand new. You can tell they always do a thorough job of preserving the car after returning it. For someone like me who cares about keeping my car clean, this is a truly excellent feature! Service: When we picked up the car, the staff told us they had upgraded it. We rented a Toyota RAV4 or similar model, and received a Nissan X-TRAIL. Since it was winter in New Zealand, we rented snow chains, which we paid for on the spot. The staff also taught us how to install and use them. Because my itinerary changed and I needed to rent the car for two more days, I called the staff to request a late return. They told me the delay was acceptable and that I could use the car normally afterward without any objections. Remember to request this in advance to give the rental company time to prepare. Remember to call during business hours! Don't disturb any staff during off-hours (I hope people in China learn this). The pictures show the car when I picked it up, and it looks quite new. I was very satisfied with my experience!

Car was clean and in good condition. The pick up from the airport was by shuttle to the car rental place. It was OK, but thankfully a member of airport staff kindly showed us where to wait for the shuttle which made life a lot easier. We didn't have to wait long for the car pick up or drop off, and EZU quickly established the car had been returned clean and undamaged so immediately refunded our deposit. Would recommend taking pictures of car before and after rental as backup.

We are very happy with car. The people serving us was very helpful and friendly. The condition of the car was good too. No hiccups on the mechanical at all.

I rented an Alpha 3rd but received a Vellfire instead. The car was quite old, but the interior was clean. Picking up the car was difficult; there was no WhatsApp or WeChat to contact the rental company, so I had to call the local number.

The car was in good condition, and the service was OK and easy, but the transfer point required going to the shuttle. You should allow extra time.

The car was a Toyota with over 100,000 kilometers on it, in excellent condition with no minor issues. It was a rental company run by Chinese people, so communication was seamless. They were honest and straightforward in their business, with no hidden tricks. The entire rental and return process went smoothly. I was late contacting them on the first day and didn't check my email, missing many important emails and the time to pick up the car after working overtime that evening. I picked it up at the airport the next day. After that, everything went smoothly.
