On January 20th, the Lebenskultur Foundation will be offering a dynamic power yoga class with HIIT elements. This class combines the strength and intensity of Ashtanga/Power Yoga with dynamic HIIT exercises, creating a unique practice known as High Intensity Power Yoga or HIP Yoga. The focus of this 60-minute class is on building both strength and endurance, followed by a 30-minute cool down period involving stretching and relaxation. This class is suitable for individuals at Level 1-3, catering to both beginners and advanced practitioners. Modifications can be made for different levels of experience in both the yoga poses and HIIT exercises.
