Latrobe City Council have worked with community members to co-design the Latrobe Sport, Recreation & Movement Expo to promote local opportunities for community members to be active and move their body. Council is currently seeking Expression of Interest from clubs and groups that encourage and support the community to move. All stallholders on the day will go into the draw to win a $500 Intersport Traralgon voucher. This event aims to attract over 40 stallholders and up to 1000 attendees on the day. Event details: Date: Sunday 2 February 2025 Time: 10:00am to 2:00pm (Stallholders will have access from 8:30am) Location: Gippsland Regional Indoor Sports Stadium (GRISS), Catterick Cres, Traralgon VIC 3844 Purpose: To connectcommunity members withlocal sport clubs, recreation clubs, and groups that encourage movement, as a way of promoting both physical and social connection opportunities in Latrobe. This will include all abilities opportunities for people with a disability and sport and recreation clubs/groups that are inclusive and accessible for all community members.
