Join the Federal Funds and Infrastructure Office (FFIO)
on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 for an information session for local officials and community advocates to assist in successful state and federal grant applications.
FFIO Director Quentin Palfrey will present an overview of how to identify the right grants and access technical assistance and matching state funds. This event will outline how FFIO can help municipalities and regional stakeholders successfully navigate the application processes. After the presentation you will have an opportunity to speak directly with state officials about your community's needs.
FFIO was created by the Healey-Driscoll Administration to ensure that Massachusetts benefits from the robust federal grant programs currently available. In September 2024, Governor Healey authorized the Act to Provide for Competitiveness and Infrastructure Investment Act which allows for up to $800 million to be invested over three years to aggressively pursue federal funding opportunities.
This event will be held at the UMass Amherst Thomas Center at Springfield.
