The Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival Executive Committee, in which Dwango Co., Ltd., Animate Co., Ltd., and Hacosta Co., Ltd. participate, will hold a large-scale Halloween event for cosplayers, "Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival 2024". The event will be held for three days from October 25, 2024 (Friday) to October 27, 2024 (Sunday). "Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival" is one of the largest Halloween events in Japan, with more than 20,000 cosplayers participating every year in Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku. This year is the 11th year, and the main stage will be moved from Iketai Park to Naka-Ikebukuro Park, and various stage projects such as "Nico Nico Cosplay" where you can show your proud cosplay, "Parent and Children's Halloween" will be held.
