With just 10 years of the group being founded, it has showcased traditional Dances of Mexico throughout San Diego, Tijuana and Rosarito, Las Vegas, Salinas CA. as well as winning first place and second place here at the Fiesta de Reyes competition in 2017, second place in 2018, First Place in 2019 and 1st place at Las Vegas Dance Competition. Laura Styler, Energy Medicine Practitioner and Author.
Laura Styler has been working in the spiritual and energy healing space for 20 years. She holds several degrees in energy medicine, non-dual consciousness, reproductive health, and journalism. Laura draws from hundreds of specific techniques in working with the Human Energy Consciousness System, using transmission-based energy healing, to clear blocks and repair tears in the aura, chakras, and energy meridians.
Learning from her ancestral healing lineage and the premiere energy healers of our time, Laura was able to heal herself from debilitating progressive rheumatoid arthritis in her 20’s and has made it her mission to teach empaths and energetic sensitives how to ignite and awaken the innate healing life force within the aura, to live a soul-embodied life.

Hi there fellow well-being devotees! My name is Candice, founder of My Lively and a mother of three beautiful daughters (who really test me daily). My girls are at the core of why I created My Lively. I am a relentless mind, body, and spirit advocate who not only wants to find my own way in life, but wants to help others (especially our youth) do so as well. My hope is that we can all find our true purpose and thrive, starting now! No more dreaming or procrastinating people (wink!). I continue to work on giving myself time to explore and do the things I love most : spending time with my family, pets (five fur babies), friends, and of course discovering + making all things beautiful! I am a total imperfect human being trying to get the most out of this perfectly leased life and invite you to join me in finding your direction through the My Lively way.
