Attend the Keum-boo Workshop at Exeter Fine Crafts in Exeter, NH on October 21, 2023. This workshop will teach you the ancient Korean gilding technique of keum-boo, which involves adding high karat gold to Sterling and Fine silver. Through heat, burnishing, and pressure, you will learn the process of applying 24k gold to silver. The class will include demonstrations, preparation, and hands-on practice. By the end of the workshop, you will be able to create finished jewelry pieces using the keum-boo method. This workshop is suitable for jewelry students with some previous experience.

Once your tuition is paid in full, you will be considered registered for the workshop. If you need to withdraw, a refund will be provided, minus a $25 processing fee. However, this is only possible if you withdraw at least 10 days prior to the first class. In the event of a cancellation or date change by Exeter Fine Crafts, a full refund will be given. We will notify students one week before the advertised start of class if there are any changes. In case of severe weather, we will make every effort to contact students and reschedule a makeup class.

Classes at Exeter Fine Crafts have limited enrollment, so we recommend registering early. Gift certificates are also available for classes.
