This session is adaptable to your training needs and designed to boost both speed and endurance.​ What to Expect: Warm-Up: As always we will begin with dynamic stretches and drills to prepare your body for the workout ahead.​Plyometric Drills: We will work through some fun plyometric movements to implement into your training to improve running efficiency and power.​Combined Speed and Threshold Training: This session is specific to supporting you in generating speed as we work through some shorter-speed intervals alongside some slightly longer threshold-paced runs to enhance your capacity for sustained speed.​This session is perfect for runners aiming to improve their performance, offering adaptable training that caters to both marathon and 10K preparations. Wimbledon park is an amazing green getaway from the usual concrete London streets. With, playing fields, a beautiful lake where you can take a boat out for a ride, crazy golf course, volleyball, table tennis, regular tennis courts, and the kids playground with water splash pad there is definitely something for everyone! A newly opened cafe in the middle of the park is great to grab a bite to eat whilst enjoying the park, although it&#39;s very pricey!
