Before I picked this hotel, I read a review that said you won’t want to leave this place, and that’s exactly what happened. I truly recommend this hotel. It’s worth every penny. - The location is great, with the subway station right nearby - Food options all around and easy delivery available - The host is amazing, very kind, and always ready to help - The room has a big bathtub and beautiful lighting that creates a cozy, romantic atmosphere - Free laundry service and overall perfect service and attitude - Rooms are arranged vertically, so you might need to carry your luggage upstairs - The room is well equipped: a mini fridge, hot water station, TV, towels, and slippers, etc. Recommendation: Since the place has such a relaxing vibe, it would be amazing if the hotel also provided bathrobes. I am a big promoter of this place, thanks again!

We stayed only one day in Litang (way too short) but had a fabulous time, and the people from the guesthouse were definitely part of this! This is a real ‘homestay’, with a large common space for people to gather (see the picture), super friendly service from everyone working here, beautifully decorated rooms with high quality sanitary and amenities, and an oxygen machine in every room (useful at an altitude of 4000 meters), … We wanted to go from from Litang to Shangrila and the owner helped us fetch a ride - highly appreciated! Recommended.

LOCATION is super good. Within couple of minutes to Taikooli, which has lots of shops including a big supermarket and plenty of eateries. Also within walking distance to Chunxi and IFS. APARTMENT is big and spacious and good for at least 4 pax (mine was a 2-bedroom Japanese-style apartment). Very aesthetic and IG-worthy at every corner of the apartment. View from room was amazing. Although looks old from outside, it is actually nice and clean within. Comes with kitchenette with fridge etc, washer, 1 bathroom cum toilet and 1 separate bath outside (open concept). There's a big screen wigh projector to watch movies in the living room. There's even a fireplace with logs! Free bottled water every day and you can request for daily housekeeping at your preferred timings. OTHERS: There are 2 mini marts within the building, it's easy to get ******* delivery. Convenient to get Didi. A few cafes and quaint boutiques, roadside food stslls and street vendors just outside the apartment building. Communication woth the apartment staff via WeChat was seamless as their responses were always prompt. Overall, highly recommended!

A good service from the hotel. Added the 小管家 on wechat, you may request anything from wechat. I would say this is worth the money. I book between usd $140 to usd$150 per night. But the breakfast isnt that tasty, you might wish to think twice before booking one with breakfast. There are westen (after 730am) and chinese (before 730am) to choose from.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to scenic spots, the Long Bridge, and the South Bridge. We went to see the 'blue tears' at night, which turned out to be just lights, but there were a lot of people. It's also very close to the ancient city, and there are plenty of food options on the streets! The next day, we visited Dujiangyan, which was quite good!

You can always approach the front desk or the owner for any needs; their service is incredibly warm and enthusiastic. This place is very popular with foreign tourists, including families and groups, so accommodations get booked up quickly. Advance booking is definitely recommended, and it's best to communicate your group size and any specific needs to the owner beforehand. I always choose to stay here whenever I visit Chengdu. The beds are incredibly comfortable; the owner told me they were all replaced last year as part of a recent renovation. Consequently, amenities like the toilets, washing machines, and dryers are also brand new. They genuinely keep up with the times and prioritize their customers' needs – what's not to love about a place like that? I definitely hope to visit again.

Highly recommend this Loft B&B on Wangping Street! Just a few steps outside, you'll find a bustling snack street brimming with local flavor, making it incredibly convenient for evening food adventures. The high-ceilinged room is airy and comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful, and his recommendations were super practical. Overall, a perfect experience!

First of all, the hotel design is good, the wooden structure is a little less soundproof, and the service is pretty good. The only thing I want to complain about is the oxygen supply. I chose this hotel because it had oxygen supply in the room. I didn't expect that the oxygen supply machine malfunction alarm woke me up at 3 o'clock in the morning. I didn't sleep well in the plateau, and then there was a power outage and water outage at 7 o'clock. I could only eat two buns and porridge bought from outside for breakfast. The experience was really a bit bad. I didn't sleep well all night, but the service was ok.

This is a serviced apartment centrally located within the Chunxi Road, IFS, and Taikoo Li blocks. It is great for easy access to shopping and restaurants and to stay among the liveliness of Chengdu, especially at night. This means it isn’t absolutely quiet, you will hear the sound of traffic and loud voices, even at night. This didn’t bother us, but a note for future guests. We booked the Luxury City View Smart Room. We were generally satisfied with our stay given the cleanliness, location, space, and cost. However, there are a few things that could be better communicated. The room is listed as containing a smart toilet, which we specifically looked for as we prefer to use a bidet. However, the toilet in the room was a normal toilet. Additionally, the location entrance of the building was hard to find. There was no signage from the street and we received no instructions in the booking confirmation as to how to enter the building and check in. I had to ask a nearby security guard in Chinese for help. Check-in was virtual over WeChat and I had to send photos of each guest’s passport to the host. This took some time when we were tired and could have been communicated earlier so we didn’t have to do it in front of the lifts for the building in order to get our room number and passcode. Lastly, the hallway for level 5 where we stayed smelled strongly of mala, a note for future guests.

I arrived in the early hours, but the warm and efficient welcome from the staff member made my first impression of Chengdu absolutely delightful. The overall atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. The thoughtful details like wet wipes and welcome tea upon check-in were much appreciated. I had high expectations for the room when I booked, as the pictures showcased a very stylish design, and it absolutely lived up to them! The design is wonderfully comfortable, featuring Wabi-sabi inspired lighting and perfectly chosen furniture. Despite its city location with convenient access to nearby attractions, the guesthouse remains surprisingly peaceful, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the bustling energy of Chengdu. And let's talk about the food! Breakfast was simply delicious. The restaurant itself boasts a fantastic ambiance that instantly whets your appetite. The beef noodles paired with appetizers were a perfect start to the day. I must also commend their in-house travel photography service. The photographer was incredibly professional; you just follow her lead for poses. A tip for future guests: the guesthouse offers superb photo opportunities, so do bring some nice outfits for amazing shots! They genuinely understand the importance of creating memorable and emotionally satisfying experiences for their guests, and they excel at it. In conclusion, this guesthouse was a delightful surprise. It offers exceptional value for money; from the impeccable service to the comfortable room amenities and delicious meals, every aspect makes your stay completely worthwhile. Highly, highly recommended!
