I got excellent apartments (unexpected appreciation of the 😊 number). Super location and until the station waits in a rush step of 15 min and can be faster on the bus, the historical center right behind the corner. In the room all new, maximum quality. The staff is always ready to help on any issue 🙂 I recommend 100%, as well as there is the most cute interior courtyard for recreation.

#Praise# Satisfied with the sound insulation of nearby activities, nearby restaurants, corridors; #Negative reviews#Disappointed with sound insulation; I chose a large house, although there are windows, I can't see anything, because there are only two floors, and I can understand without an elevator. There is also the hot and cold water in the shower room and toilet. Although it does not affect the use, it still feels that it needs to be said.

The strategic location, easy to reach and very close to the heart of the city, makes it an ideal structure for anyone who wants to enjoy Ferrara. Gymnastics are the chilli that goes to get an experience that is certainly to be repeated.

But here registration for the city tax is tiring, even if the recognition of the passport data would work, and then it takes an hour to the family, in the road it tends to

It actually operates like a hotel, without cooking, but it is clean and tidy, with a coffee machine and breakfast rolls (order a bread and coffee in the cafe downstairs). We found the place easily with the map. Fortunately, I met a resident at the door who taught me how to go upstairs! Look for the doorbell of B&an Chez Moi Lame 57 at the door and ring it, and then follow the instructions to elevator B to get up!
The location is very convenient in the city center!

This property offers a unique experience with its beautiful, historic setting near Bologna. The grand alley, antique decor, spacious living room, and modern touches like AC and smart TVs make it feel both classic and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the detailed directions are helpful—just make sure to complete online check-in to get all the access codes.
Pros:
• Peaceful location in nature, yet close to Bologna.
• Clean bedsheets, AC, and modern TVs.
• Impressive decor and spacious common areas.
• Plenty of parking space.
Cons:
• Room and bathroom doors are thin wood, noisy, and not well insulated.
• Bathroom shower door has water leakage issues, from bathroom to hallway to our bedroom—needs fixing.
• Beds are typical Tuscan style, not very stable but nice and new bed sheets!
• No mosquito nets, though AC keeps the room cool.
• Shared kitchen is downstairs; hair dryer didn’t fit any socket…
Overall, it’s one of the best stays in Tuscany at this price range. Just avoid bringing a sports car—the village roads are in very very poor condition.

GGuest UserCentral location in good walking distance to city centre. Train station is about 25 min brisk walk. with good transport links and shops and few cafes nearby.
The room itself was clean and basic which is what I was after.
Because the windows faced the Main Street it was rather noisy and the neighbouring rooms were quite noisy too. The TV did not work and the coffee was not based in the room so I did not use it.
Overall you get what you pay for, somewhere to leave your things when you are sightseeing and a comfy bed and hot water to shower.

People should be paid to go to Italy and even more to the run down thiefs' den that is Modena.
Yet there are ones going there to whatch people racing with completely useless cars and some fo those may anjoy the set-up of one of the rooms...
So, if along your penitence path to redemption you happen to be in Moden, I strongly suggest wasting your money at this place much better than similarly priced other ones.

GGuyPleasant, quiet flat in Reggio Emilia, away from the town centre but within walking distance. The only issue we had was exiting the gate to the block of flats. You enter using a QR code provided, but the reader is on the outside and didn’t seem to work even when we leaned over on the day of our departure. I’m sure there must be a button to press to open the gate but never found it and did not see it referenced in the property instructions.

We had some problems with entering the building (actual living house) cause of the system of check in: you need to call a number to open the door for the hall which was inconvenient for us because we didn’t buy the Italian SIM card. GGuest UserNice hotel in the middle of Ravenna. We had a family room no 7 and there was plenty of space for 4 of us.
Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Lady was kind enough to give us some gluten free options for our daughter who is a celiac. The hotel also booked a taxi for us to Port Corsini and that was a smooth process. We really enjoyed our 1 night at the hotel.

GGuest UserSpecial experience, because the decoration and collection of this hotel are museum-level, breakfast is also homemade bread and snacks, super delicious. The clerk was very warm and rustic, and drinks and water could be picked up from the refrigerator. There are beautiful flowers in the courtyard and a lovely balcony. There should be many other hotels in the same building. The intercoms of the buildings have different names. The corner of the street happened to be the turn of the leading car, and the gas station was diagonally opposite. Recognize these signs. Because several street names there are almost the same, I wandered around and looked for it for a long time. The hotel owner is a tall and handsome young man who may have seen me from the surveillance. Every time I come back, I will meet him to lead the way, help, and skim a little English. , The attitude is very good. The hotel is clean and concise, tea bags and coffee machines are readily available, which is highly recommended!
