Homestays in Chon Buri Province, Thailand

The room is not as shown in the picture. It is located a bit deep in the alley. It is scary. I think next time I will stay at a hotel.

Location was near to T21 but you need to know how to cut thru the bushes. No washing machine in the room and the nearest one will be about 15 min walk. Facilities are aged with aircon dripping but was rectify quite fast next day with the technician.

The apartment we had was very good, it was on the 14th floor of the block, so had a brilliant view of the sea and sunset from the main bedroom and balcony. The apartment was very spacious and had plenty of room for at least 4 people. There was a washing machine on the balcony but didn’t use it and pans and plates etc are provided. The Wi-Fi is good and air con in every room. The only negative from me were the beds as they were hard but that’s just us not being used to very hard beds but the pillows were soft.

This hostel is quite far from the center of Jomtin Beach, so it's hard to move without rental bikes or cars. The owner and staff 々 are kind and the facilities are very good, but it is only negative that rats invade the room. I stayed in a private room instead of a dormitory, but when I left my luggage and went shopping and came back, I was given a souvenir sweets to my friends, and I noticed that the mouse invaded for the first time. When I was sleeping that night, when I woke up from the toilet bowl in the room, the mouse was stuck in the toilet bowl, and I managed to kill it, and I was relieved, but the mouse seemed to have ２ and １ missed i've lost it. When I looked up the room to the corner 々 the next day, there was a hole in the corner of the room and it seemed to invade from there, and the mouse's hum fell around the hole. After that, until check-out, I can only go out to buy rice so that I can't bite my luggage, and when I go to bed, I turn on the lights and turn on the TV in the room, and the rats come in. I decided to sleep with caution. After that, the mouse seemed to go out to the dormitory upstairs, and the guests sleeping in the dormitory seemed to be damaged by the mouse. It's unavoidable that it's a little far from the center, but it was a pity that it was a very cozy dormitory without a mouse.

The room is clean and cute. There are both small and large rooms. I just booked a large room. There is a large TV. There is a hot water kettle, coffee, water. The furniture is complete. The staff is good and takes good care of you. As for food, don't worry. You can order and the order will be served to your room. Everything is convenient. You can relax like you are at home. Next time, I will definitely use the service again. It is safe. I recommend it (because this trip I traveled alone).

Considered beyond expectations, the room is very big, the air conditioner is cool, satisfied, the room is clean, the bed is considered soft, there is a parking lot, the staff speaks well, quiet, next to the beach, but the door will open during 10:00, the breakfast is good, the variety is delicious, there is a chance to go back and stay again.

Near tourist attractions, convenient to travel, clean room, but there are too many mosquitoes. No breakfast, but coffee is provided. Overall good, but a bit noisy. I warned the staff, but it was still noisy.

This is the most comfortable homestay I stayed in during my trip to Thailand. The room is very clean, the two swimming pools are very beautiful, and the hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the pier pedestrian street, and there are songthaews outside the door. The owner is Chinese and very enthusiastic. If you want to play something, just ask the owner directly, no need to make any plans. The tickets I bought from the boss are also very cheap, nice 👍 I will come again next time

The room is a one-bedroom apartment with an invincible infinity pool on the rooftop. You can pick up the key by yourself and there is no contact throughout the process. It is perfect for people like me who are socially anxious. The apartment is very clean and safe. You need to punch in to enter the elevator and gym. There is a garbage room on the same floor, and there is no odor. The room has dual air conditioners, which provide excellent cooling and are very quiet at night. Close to the Northern Bus Station, it is very convenient to travel to and from Bangkok. The only drawback is that it is relatively far from the pedestrian street and songthaews. I don't like taking taxis, I always walk to Terminal 21 and take a songthaew. However, if you want to go to Terminal 21, you can walk there directly. It is a straight road out of the apartment and it takes about 15-20 minutes. All in all, the price/performance ratio is very high, I recommend it to everyone!
