Good for family stay. The place was clean and a very good location.
The downside was that there were no toilet rolls, and even though the parking was allocated, nearby restaurant customers will park at this location. Have to lookout until it is empty.
Three people rent, one person has a private space, two people have their own space, there is a parking space for the car, very satisfied, the staff are very friendly
Will come back to this hotel next time, very satisfied

The room is very comfortable and clean
This is condominium + hotel style. Complete with kitchenette, hall, tv, sofa and even coway water filter for drinking. Free parking lot at the basement with security. Also it equip with iron, ironing board, hair dryer and it has balcony for deluxe suite room (balcony- forgot to take picture)! I love this place. All things i need it complete in this place. I would recommend this place.

Everything is good except for the dog that keeps chasing us like crazy whenever we pass by the area. The dog inside the house also keeps barking nonstop until we go inside or we left the house. It’s quite inconvenient for us Muslims who are afraid of dogs.
I really love this homestay so much , even only have total of five homestays , the surrounding is very nice for photos taking , the staffs are very friendly , the rooms are cleans , the beach is not crowded and nearby have night market within walking distance , unfortunately I don’t have enough time to have meals at the restaurant , would highly recommended this homestay for my friends ;)
Btw my son left his toy (camel) in the room , not sure if your side do keep it , if yes kindly keep until my next time visit ya , thanks a lot =)

Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
OOngProvided parking , water dispenser provided ,nice place avoid from noisy street

FFrederickThe view are nice, the staff are friendly, send us up and down from the mountain. But after sunrise not suitable to stay in room, cause very hot.
AAnonymous UserThe accommodation is not as advertised. I booked through the app and it said there was a city view and a balcony. In the picture, there was a window, but when I actually stayed there, it was not like what I booked.
MMJ BuBuStayed at *Get Guesthouse 2* – a small but well-equipped hotel that’s perfect for budget travelers. The room had all the basics: hair dryer, water heater, clean bed and toilet. There's no scenic view, but it's not a big deal. Toothbrush needs to be requested at the front desk. They provide 2 bottles of water, and there’s a water dispenser downstairs for refills. There are also free snacks and drinks like coffee and cocoa available for guests in the lobby – a nice touch!
Location is great – walking distance to Lee Garden, Kim Yong Market, and Oden. It’s a bit of a longer walk to Robinson Mall, but still manageable. The hotel is tucked away in a side street, and there are two 7-Elevens nearby. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay for the price!
GGuest UserSimply the best. Wonderful hosts Adriano and Uma made this a most memorable and thoroughly enjoyable stay. The cottage is outstanding and situated in beautifully planted orchard grounds. The ponds and waterfalls and adjacent stream complete this stunning property. Friendly and competent staff, a delicious breakfast and warm hospitality make this the best accommodation we have stayed in Thailand. As the icing on the cake our two pet Labradors were welcomed to the fully fenced property and made to feel part of the family. Absolutely exceptional! We can't wait to go back!

AAliencess99We always chooses Uhatyai. There's a parking lot next to it. Great hospitality, clean and comfy rooms. Location was in a quiet side, not too far not too near 7 Eleven abit walking distance to Lee Garden, KimYong market etc..If you need a tuktuk service let the front desk know and they will arrange for you..opposite there's a food stall selling kuay jab was delicious too.
RRAINOVENLocation is within walking distance to Lee Garden, very near to 7-11, near to some eateries places, there is self service laundry opposite. Personally, I will come back to stay again but there is no lift for any elderly person that has knee issues. Room is spacious.for our booking. There is a fan as well.
AAnonymous UserBooked a room for 3 pax and it was a really good stay! Location is super convenient, just near Central Market and Makro. Staff were very friendly, the place was clean, and the aircond worked well.
No lift though, so be ready to carry your bags up the stairs. They also have iron, washing machine, and dryer (but cleaning service is paid). Overall, really comfortable and also good for Muslim travelers.
Definitely will repeat if I come to Hat Yai again!
