It has very good location. Very central. Walki g distance to Buckingham palace, big ben and other tourist destinations. Clean pillows and blankets. Towels, you have to pay extra charge. However, if you're tall, you cannot stretch your feet. No daily room clean up service so our trash piled up.
I have an Indian roommate that snores so loud and shakes his feet as habit. Well, that's hostel and steel bunk beds. Reasonable price thou.
Overall, good for in and out stay.
Excellent for economy & solo travel. All nice staffs & flexible management. All as pictures shown in website. Bed is clean, tidy & comfortable. Soft closing door & auto lock are perfect. Well equipped kitchen & dining area at lower ground level with big & bright windows. A whole wall size big screen & 2 big sofa at movie room.
window of 4-bed female room facing main street, not busy traffic but not really quiet. only the sockets on the room table of the room.
The staff at this youth hostel are all very friendly and always smiling. The place is kept spotlessly clean and tidy, with daily cleaning and fresh sheets. I didn't get any bed bug bites here, which was a huge relief! Transportation is incredibly convenient too – there's a subway station right across the street and plenty of bus routes. It's centrally located, with restaurants, fruit stalls, and numerous supermarkets lining the streets, making everything super accessible.
There is no separate bathroom in the room, but it is very convenient to have a sink to wash your hands. Next time, you can book a room with a bathroom. Although there is no separate bathroom, almost every room can correspond to a bathroom, so it is very clean and convenient. The room and bathroom ratio is almost one to one. The kitchen and courtyard are great, and you can eat outside. In such a good area of London, it is very good to stay, eat and sit comfortably👍

The location is the best. This is a good value for money. There is no Elbe, so there is inconvenience. But it's good to go around in the middle of London
It’s close to subway, convenient transportation. It’s like a 8 minute walk to Liverpool Street. There are also bus stops nearby. People are friendly. And the bathroom is clean and nice. I stayed here for one night to visit London. It is a nice place and convenient to go to any tourist attraction. I think it’s like 3/4 stops to go to the British museum and the Big Ben. In a word, a convenient location and good service.
Very nice clean dormitory for a single woman traveling light, comfortable, single bed with clean white sheets and you can charge own products in your own space. Free tea and coffee. Lockable room at all times and 24 hours helpful staff available.
I was worried because it was a 28-person room, but it felt rather safe, the service was good, and I never had to wait for a shower!
It's a bit far from the center of the city, but I think it's 10 minutes away by subway! The subway also comes every 1-2 minutes, so there was no inconvenience.
The beds are soft and there are blackout curtains on each bed, so I slept soundly!

NNick89Hostel is in a great location. Right next to the underground.
Alot of amazing pubs in all locations.
The hostel is fine, I booked because the images shower privacy curtains on the bed.... Yeah they didnt have any.
The floor i was on had 1 shower only and the toilets, showers I went to where all dirty. The room at night was very hot and had a very small pedalstool fan which wasn't helpful very much.
The beds have personal PowerPoint, USB and lights to use.
You also need to pay for a deposit for the keycard and towel if you need one. But it's returned after checkout.
Will stay again
AAnonymous UserI had issues with the app to begin with and missed a lot of updates and notifications, like the 'how to get in' instruction video. However, on arrival the self check-in code machine was not working properly. I tried several times only for an alarm to go off. Others joined me and also tried the code without luck. We tried to contact the telephone number listed but immediately hung up on several occasions. We eventually dialled the 'after 9pm emergency' number who didn't help first time, but helped the send time. Once in, the property was not quite as I expected, but the pods were comfortable if not a little stuffy on a warm night. But it did the trick. The area is perfectly fine, walking distance of Brick Lane, Spitalfields Market and both Whitechapel and Aldgate East train stations. I was a bit cautious late at night being a single female, but once inside I felt perfectly safe. I would use it again when in the area as it was reasonably priced and kinda funky.
GGuest UserIt's a convenient place to stay for a night (a few at most) although the rooms are quite small and the general layout of the building feels very cramped. I'd stay again out of necessity over desire to return but for a cheap hostel in central London you can't ask for much more.
LLucas HongkongensisGreat location, many restaurants in the vicinities. Friendly reception staff.
Toilet papers often missing. Free wifi is not very fast. No curtain nor night light for eaxh bunk, at least not for my bunk. Ventilation is pretty much inexistant in the dorm.
GGuest UserStart with the good: the staff was very nice, the capsule comfortable (great bed) and I was lucky to get a quiet room of respectful people.
And the bad: the worst thing is the showers. Aside from being crammed, the button push lasts 5-6 seconds (counted), which means you're constantly pushing and getting a mix of cold or scalding how water. Please fix your showers! It was also clogged and flooded quickly. I think the toilets/shower areas could use cleaning more often. There is no public space, tables, etc. at all, you come here just to sleep or rest in your capsule.
Better than what most other hostels offer (some not even having curtains!) and a better night sleep for sure, but no mingling. Also not much space for shoes or luggage, and certainly no safe lockers. It could be so much better if they had made some space for this. Would also be nice to be able to pick top/bottom bunk: being on the bottom I was woken up by banging/dropping items/etc. by the guest above me.
Overall good, better than most in the area, but it could easily be better still :)
SSurachaiThe bedroom and bathroom are quite narrow. There is almost no place to put it. Strong water, free WiFi, but in the room the signal is not good, there is no TV, but overall good, near the train station. Near a mini-mart, suitable for Backpackers..When sleeping late at night, you can hear the sound of people opening and closing doors, the sound of people walking, disturbing when sleeping.
FFJ_MilesBrilliantly situated YHA in London with affordable private rooms, cafe, bar, communal kitchen, lounge, clean rooms and comfy beds.
About a 30minute scenic walk to Tower Bridge, an excellent location for budget travellers.
GGuest UserDecent hostel. Just to mention this hostel is a 2nd level of a bar which emits loud sound till late. Avoid if you are sensitive to loud bass. (Earplugs supplied)
DDamian BorsiakGreat location and professional and efficient place. Beds were comfortable, clean, breakfast more than basic buffet which satisfied my needs well (musli, yogurt, fruits, toasts to assemble yourself and grill, pancakes).
Indeed there can be an interesting smell in the corridor (chlorine?) but the room felt great.
Bathrooms could be better but seen worse
Lockers are literally a metal cage that's so loud to pull out and open / close, depends on your roommates if they often open it, it can be irritating at night
Otherwise I was more than happy to stay at the establishment and will be back!
