Full marks 💯 good reviews, the customer service ladies are attentive and enthusiastic, enthusiastic to help pick up and drop off, freshly squeezed juice, afternoon tea and welcome gifts, and farewell gifts, so polite! The food is also delicious 😋 I have recommended it to several friends. The room is clean, comfortable, quiet and intelligent, the environment is very good, and it is a perfect accommodation experience!

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. It's perfect for couples or families looking for a getaway. The privacy is excellent, and the bed in the room is very comfortable. There's a restaurant, and if you don't feel like going out, you can order food to be delivered to your room – the taste is amazing! The outdoor hot spring is superb! Breakfast is plentiful. We missed out on the hot pot and soaking in the snow, which is a bit of a shame. Reputedly, it's the only five-star hotel in the area. The service and ambiance were both fantastic. We were given a complimentary room upgrade, and the balcony offered a superb view. Breakfast was also exceptional, featuring a live Guzheng performance. Our butler proactively connected with us on WeChat, offering excellent recommendations for dining and attractions. The 'Shuixi' (water banquet) restaurant they suggested was a unanimous hit with our group.

The hygiene was excellent, and the service was good too. The leisure facilities were quite nice, and parking was very convenient. The room service was easy to order and delicious. The only downsides were the lack of a laundry room and a limited breakfast selection.

The service is really intimate, and the experience is directly full! Before check-in, the front desk staff contacted to confirm the arrival time. The whole process was responsive. The water and soup were especially timely. They would also take the initiative to introduce the surrounding play guides. The room facilities are high-end and complete, the private soup pool design is reasonable, the privacy is good, the toiletries and disposable accessories are all complete, and the quality is high. The details are full, the living is particularly comfortable, and the focus is still very good. This is what a holiday should look like. It is highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is excellent, 5 minutes walk is the shopping mall, travel is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the most pleasant surprise was the front desk service, and the surrounding niche food shops were intimately recommended. When I left the store, I also sent a souvenir. The service was friendly and there was no sense of distance at all.

雙人黃帝宮御温泉門票（入住期間多次入園）:温泉很不錯，比較大，池子也多，但是太熱了，室外的池子沒有泡，服務員有點少。12點會開室外的小童的水上樂園，小型，常温水，但是真的不太宣傳，一直沒告知，還是我們坐摩天輪的時候看到所以找過來，孩子很喜歡，但是那個地面和滑梯不太平整，屁股不友好，孩子泳褲滑破被迫離場哈哈哈。我們住的房間是3201，房間很大，大家記好房間號，位置真的很好，晚上9點窗户直接看到銀基動物王國的煙花秀和燈光秀。旁邊休息大廳有水果免費拿，記得拿，房間提供歡迎小食。早餐算是豐富，孩子夠了，米線還不錯。可以延遲2點退房，房間瓶裝水不夠可以加，還提供床欄。房間雖然暗，但是孩子很喜歡那個浴盆，泡澡泡了兩回，就是服務員真的不好找，雖然找到了會很熱情。另外，晚上點了**上的胖胖燒烤，排名第一，真的很好吃，沒想到這麼滿足，強烈推薦。

Every service staff member remembered the guest's last name, the hidden alley food recommended by the concierge was more amazing than the Internet celebrity store, and the little animals folded by the housekeeper in the towel made the children happy all day. Those unexpected details - the umbrellas suddenly handed over on rainy days, the health tea in the thermos when I left the hotel, and even the honey water specially prepared after finding that I had a cold, all made people feel so moved that they wanted to write a thank-you letter! I have included this hotel in the ”must-check-in list in life”, because here, what you pay for is not only the service, but also the happiness of being cherished. ! ! !

Very high-end and warm hotel. The location is excellent and there is everything around. Parking is very convenient and safe, with ground and underground parking. The room is brand new, the decoration is simple and attentive, clean and tidy and spacious, the bedding exudes a faint fragrance, and the hot water is fast and sufficient. The breakfast was very delicious and the cakes were delicious. The service staff is beautiful, warm and polite, and very concerned about the guests.
