The best hotel I have ever stayed at all the staffs were amazing from reception to bar staff I can not fault this amazing hotel and my room ahhhh the best view hotel room was just exceptional words alone can not describe wow wow wow will be coming back again Hotel Plaza be proud you guys are the Best

Guest UserWe stayed at the hotel for the New Year holidays. From December 30 to January 02, 2025. Apparently because of this the room was really poorly cleaned, the photo shows stains on the floor, on the table from coffee, garbage in the drawers. In general, the hotel is very ”tired”, something was obviously broken, barely alive faucets. In general, it does not pull on 5 stars. But! Breakfast on January 01 was excellent. Even with champagne. And the SPA in the hotel is good. The staff is good, polite.
