Hot Springs Hotels in Punjab, India

The hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. Rooms a bit old but overall okay.

My stay was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, marked by exceptional service, immaculate rooms, and a prime location that allowed for easy access to the city's key attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met, from providing detailed local recommendations to arranging transportation when required.
