LLeighFantastic staff and service. Went above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Views, pool and restaurant are fantastic.
Taxi is €25/30 to get to the marina but other than that super great location up in the hills!!

GGuest UserVery nice swimming pool area with lot of green. Τhe spa area with the small pools did not appeal to us at all; it felt very 'closed in' and dark. Also, there was a mistake and we were given different rooms from the ones we booked, but in the end they offered us dinner at the hotel. The food was very nice, but we would have preferred to go out to eat if we had had the rooms we booked. The staff was very polite.

SSilberfalkeA great hotel with an excellent, directly integrated restaurant! Specifically to highlight the incredibly friendly, careful and pre-eminent staff you feel well around. The location is also just fantastic: the direct view of the Castello Aragonese is beautiful and applies especially at the evening at dinner in a very special atmosphere.
We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back in any case! Absolutely recommendable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

DDenise LoHeavenly hotel w/best thermal pool in tunnel leading to swimming pool. View of Sant Angelo n a beach which is accessible from hotel carpark. La Cantina below hotel is authentic n Nicolas the young boy is so professional. I had the best day of my life here. Thx Teresa the reception manager for solving my problems. I want to bring my whole family here. So love the ambiance

DDenise LoSo love the ambiance of the hotel, it has 5 pools n a cave w/thermal heat! Jacuzzi inside spa is great. The owner couple is so hospitable n kind, gave us late checkout without our begging. Room is big n has a small hgarden outside.

It was very easy to get to the hotel, sat in the port on bus number two and went out at the last stop, from the station to the hotel 5 minutes walk. The hotel was very enjoyable. The room was with a garden view that was very convenient , exited from the room and a pool near the thermal water. The hotel area is very scenic, many different exotic plants and several thermal pools.
Very welcome staff. Breakfasts are diverse, delicious. Great coffee.
We want to return here.

娜娜The hotel is superb and value for money. Some of the sea view rooms have views of the volcano and the sea. The back garden is carefully arranged and filled with lemon and orange trees. The park is suitable for wedding ceremonies. The breakfast is not particularly rich, the environment is really first class, elegant hotel. The staff’s enthusiastic standard smile is great overall!
