Hot Springs Hotels in Pahang, Malaysia

It was a pleasant stay for families with budget. Kids can enjoy swimming pool and parents can enjoy hot water pool. Breakfast was good even with limited variety. Lunch & dinner need to go to Bentong town as ala carte choice very limited. Staffs very helpful and friendly especially at the kitchen. Lift broken on our second day of stay and we’re at the third floor 😅

The hotel is good to stay at, we enjoyed the Onsen and the environment of the hotel. It’s near to the sky avenue too. I also requested the management to decorate the room as that was my boyfriend’s birthday trip and they made us some simple decorations and towel cake. I really appreciated that. But the only issue was the noise of water flushing from the upper level is keep us waking up and we didn’t sleep well at night. Hope the management can take note on this.

Additionally, the hotel provides excellent facilities that cater to a wide range of guest needs, enhancing overall comfort and convenience. Enhanced warmth communications and more amicable demeanor from the counter and kitchen bar workers could improve service quality, thereby enriching the tourist experience and creating a greater sense of welcome and appreciation.

The cleanliness was quite good. Staff was also very polite. The sound proofing was quite bad, very noisy both from fellow hotel neighbours and also from cars driving in the street below.
