Pros : Room was nice , located just beside the Lost Worlds , is within 5 mins walk to the Lost Worlds entrance , room has no odours 👍 Cons : Lift access card is trouble , it so hard to scan and we always have to stand inside lift , try several times for the card to be scan , and parking is located at level 3 , the lift access card says “your card had no authorise to that level” , we have to go down to G Floor and then scan card again to Level 3. And also , another side was doing construction works so there’s some noise

We had a wonderful stay in Banjaran hotspring. Even though there was some issues with the facilities which comes with age and need more maintenance and care. We have complimentary visit to the adjacent theme park and enjoy it even though it was very hot and sunny. Breakfast was good with unlimited ordering from menu. But on 3rd morning, we didn't feel like eating the same food. Wish the menu is changed every alternate morning.

Perfect stay for my family definitely with a great and wonderful view from the balcony.For sure I will come again.Facilities also complete with washing machine and cooking equipment are available to be used.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent, surrounded by nature with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it perfect for a family trip. The hotel is also very close to Lost World of Tambun, which made it very convenient for us to visit the theme park. Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The environment was pleasant, and we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Ipoh.

Very comfortable and cozy place perfect for family, I like the management very accommodating to assist us. I will surely book again this unit. The pool my kids enjoy so much. I like the onsen pool and sauna.

I took a Grab from around Kampar Station, and it cost about RM30 to get there. It's a lovely place, surrounded by trees. I stayed in a villa with a terrace over the pond. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. You get fish food, so you can feed the fish right from your terrace. The hot spring isn't very large, but there weren't many guests, so I could relax and enjoy it. It's a bit lukewarm, but that meant I could soak in it for a long time, which was very pleasant. The natural water pool area had two pools of different depths and sizes. It was a bit chilly in the morning, but I imagine it would be nice in the afternoon or when it's sunny. The food menu isn't extensive, but the prices are reasonable, and it's delicious. Overall, I found it to be a very relaxing and wonderful place.

Overall, the stay was quite good. The room was clean and tidy, with a panoramic view of the water park. The downside was that the hotel contacted me a bit late after booking, which delayed check-in. Also, having to check out at 11:00 AM the next day wasn't very convenient, and I hope they can improve this. The hot water boiler in the room was broken and wasn't fixed in a timely manner.

We had a really nice and comfortable stay at H&W Onsen. The place is clean, cozy, and has a very relaxing vibe. The onsen was great — perfect for winding down after a long day. It’s also a good spot for families, with a calm atmosphere and friendly host - Weng who made us feel welcome. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you’re looking to relax and enjoy some quiet time together.

The place is really clean, cozy and comfortable. Just nice for group of 8, comfy bed and room space with two bathrooms. Equipped with water purifier and washing machine which made our stay very convenient. This place has two parking lots as well conveniently located near the lift.

Rumah conner lot dgn view banjaran dan waterpark sangat cantik, sangat dekat dgn LWOT, jalan kaki 3 minit je, parking 2 lot, level 1 shj. owner vy responsive, contact kita dulu 3 hari sebelum date check in..very recommended!
