Very good service by Sunway staffs, all smiles and patience and friendly with kids. My son is very happy from enjoying this Lost world zoo trip! 5 stars You can only check in after 3pm due to their small amount of rooms, so DO NOT come earlier! But the staff are really good to call me when room is ready so I really appreciate that. The location is also very good if you are planning to go Lost World, but other than that it is a pain in the ass to travel to old town or central area of Ipoh for good food, just secluded area. Prebook Jeff Cellar since it's in the same area if you want high end but good food. Sunway should not only sell their own products (white label) but also should include things outside like chips or medicine. Not really convenient when all the ground floor of hotel / inside Lost World doesn't have midnight snacks that isn't Sunway branded 😂

I love the place. Walking distant to LWOT wit ample amenities. The hot water pool is the highlight with the view of forest. So beautiful. The place is clean and just enough amenities provided.

We had a really nice and comfortable stay at H&W Onsen. The place is clean, cozy, and has a very relaxing vibe. The onsen was great — perfect for winding down after a long day. It’s also a good spot for families, with a calm atmosphere and friendly host - Weng who made us feel welcome. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you’re looking to relax and enjoy some quiet time together.

I had a truly pleasant stay at this unit! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing trip. The host’s service was outstanding from the beginning, always responsive and helpful with any questions. What truly impressed me was how the host handled a situation where I accidentally left a personal item behind after check-out. Their prompt response, clear communication, and the effort they took to locate and arrange the return of the item showed great professionalism and genuine care. It’s rare to experience such thoughtful management, and I’m really grateful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and well-managed stay. I would definitely come back again!

Close to Lost World of Tambun, clean & 'friendly user' apartment environment, fully equipped unit with water dispenser, kitchen for a microwave & refrigerator & even a washing machine. Can accommodate up to 4 people with futon. Will come again & also recome Pd kwn2. Thank you! 🥰

We stayed here, just the two of us — And honestly… it was everything we didn’t know we needed. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the world slowed down. Just nature, silence, and the two of us. 💧 The villa — Private, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We had our own natural hot spring tub… soaking in warm water under the trees, just talking, laughing, and sometimes saying nothing at all. It felt intimate, real, and healing. 🧘♀️ The caves — Meditation cave was so quiet, we could hear our own hearts. Steam cave felt like a reset for the body. We didn’t rush anything. Everything there teaches you to slow down. 🍽️ Jeff’s Cellar dinner — This was the highlight. Fine dining in a 260-million-year-old cave — just wow. Romantic, calm, and full of little surprises from the chef. We’ll never forget it. 🌿 The overall experience? It’s not just a resort. It’s a space where two people can really reconnect — without noise, without distraction. Just you, your person, and peace. ⸻ We came here to rest. But we left with something more. A calm heart. The room is not big, with two beds plus a sofa, it is strictly not allowed to add a quilt, so if you are afraid that the quilt and pillows are not enough, it is best to bring your own. It is a good design that the balcony of the room can directly feed the fish. There are no disposable toiletries, which is great for environmental protection ♻️, bring your own toiletries, support. The hotel's natural environment is very good, the hot spring water is very hot, the swimming pool water is very cold, and the sensory experience is stimulating. Seeing the butterfly 🦋 is very beautiful. For breakfast, the child had no choice but to eat sliced bread. There was no fruit, no milk, no yogurt, no fruit juice... The only pastry was not very tasty, and the child would rather eat the bread after tasting it. If there is watermelon and juice for dinner, the children will eat more happily. If you bring children, it is recommended to prepare more food by yourself.

Very comfortable and cozy place perfect for family, I like the management very accommodating to assist us. I will surely book again this unit. The pool my kids enjoy so much. I like the onsen pool and sauna.

Fantastic stay! The pool with a hill view was amazing, and we truly enjoyed the wonderful hot springs. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed and very well maintained. It’s just a 1-minute walk to LWOT, which made everything super convenient. We’ll definitely come back again next time!
