The hotel is located right above a mall with a Lotus's supermarket, which is super convenient. The room wasn't huge, but the bed was quite comfortable and the overall environment was pleasant. There are no tall buildings obstructing the view nearby, so the higher floors offer pretty good scenery. However, the location isn't ideal for transportation; it takes an hour to get to the airport, and getting to/from Klang city center often involves traffic jams.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent booking experience. I mistakenly selected the wrong date and realized the error within minutes. I immediately canceled the booking, but was still charged 50% of the fee. Following this, I contacted your team to request either a change of date or reinstatement of the original booking. Unfortunately, I was informed that no adjustments could be made. This left me feeling that the policy is overly rigid and does not accommodate genuine mistakes made in good faith. I respectfully ask that you reconsider the cancellation charge in this case, or provide greater flexibility for customers who promptly correct booking errors. I believe such an approach would reflect fairness and enhance customer satisfaction
